Pelayanan di poli KIA, untuk petugas rambut pendek berwarna yg di pengukuran berat badan dan panjang bayi, tidak ramah sama sekali, kalau ngomong ketus terkesan galak.. minta tanda tangan orang tua kok galak2 mbak.. 3x datang untuk imunisasi anak disini mbaknya selalu seperti itu.. tidak ramah..

kenapa mau suntikk TT mau nikah aja lama banget 2 jam nunggu blm dipanggil buat ndaftar. kecewa banget mo nangisss... tolong dong diperjelas aturan antrinya gimana. pdhl cuma mau suntik TT bukan mau priksa kesehatan dll. tolong di benerin lagi sitemnya gmna kenapa bisa se ngaret ini udah lama nunggu 2 jam smpe org nya dah mau habis ttp blm dipanggil akhirnya aku nanya dong knpa blm dipanggil malah bapaknya nyeletuk " mau suntikk tt kok jam sgini dokternya dah pulang". lah.. klo dr awal emg dr awal gak ada knpa ga ngasih tau malah dikasih nomer antrian sama satpamnya. kesel banget rasanya pulang2 gak dpt apa apa dah lama nunggu.. klo dr awal hrs janjian knpa hrs dikasih nomer antri smpe nunggu 2 jam. aneh bgt

Mudah untuk parkir mobil dan motor. Gedung rawat jalan cukup baik. Ada pemisahan pasien curiga covid. Tenaga medis ramah menyambut sejak di pintu masuk rawat jalan. Tidak berdesakan dan waktu tunggu <30 menit. Dokter dan perawat ramah dan profesional

Tempat berobat kami sekeluarga. Tempatnya bersih dan dikelola secara modern (sistem antrian seperti bank). Poli nya cukup lengkap dan jika masalahnya tidak dapat mereka tangani akan dirujuk ke RS Condong Catur, RS Sutarto, atau RS Queen Latifa, yang memiliki fasilitas lebih lengkap.
Our family's place of treatment. The place is clean and managed in a modern way (queuing system like a bank). The polyclinic is quite complete and if the problem cannot be handled, they will be referred to the Condong Catur Hospital, Sutarto Hospital, or Queen Latifa Hospital, which have more complete facilities.

Saya beberapa kali periksa ke sini, tidak pernah punya masalah utk antrian, dll karena selalu datang pagi. Petugas juga melayani dengan baik. Namun menurut saya ada hal yang perlu ditingkatkan dalam hal administrasi. Ketika saya & keluarga membutuhkan surat bebas isoman utk keperluan kerja, surat tersebut hanya bisa diberikan dalam bentuk hardcopy & harus diambil langsung di Pudega. Ketika saya tanyakan apakah bisa membantu dikirim softfile saja, petugas mengatakan tidak bisa, harus diambil langsung. Di jaman spt skrg ini, semua serba online, cepat & paperless (tidak menggunakan banyak kertas). Bila surat bebas isoman diberikan dalam bentuk softfile & dikirim melalui email/WA, tentu akan mempermudah & mempercepat proses bagi yg membutuhkan. Selain itu juga dapat mengurangi kontakΒ²/pertemuanΒ² yg kurang perlu. Surat-menyurat hardcopy spt ini menurut saya kurang efektif, tidak hemat kertas & waktu. Di masa yang akan datang, semoga Pudega bisa lebih mengoptimalkan teknologi & mempermudah pasien. Terima kasih ??
I've checked here several times, never had a problem with queuing, etc. because it always comes early. The staff also serves well. But in my opinion there are things that need to be improved in terms of administration. When my family and I need an isoman-free letter for work purposes, the letter can only be given in hardcopy and must be picked up directly at Pudega. When I asked if I could help just send the softfile, the officer said no, it had to be taken directly. In today's era, everything is online, fast & paperless (doesn't use a lot of paper). If an isoman-free letter is given in softfile form and sent via email/WA, it will certainly simplify and speed up the process for those who need it. It can also reduce unnecessary contacts/meetings. Hardcopy correspondence like this in my opinion is less effective, does not save paper and time. In the future, hopefully Pudega can optimize technology more & make it easier for patients. Udah dua kali kesini. Yang pertama buat periksa gigi. Antrinya memang agak lumayan lama. Tapi asal dateng pagi bisa cepet kok. Yang kedua kesini buat konsultasi psikologi. Daftar lewat WA sehari sebelumnya. Daftar Hari Minggu hampir jam 7 malem (jam terakhir buat daftar online). Kirain ga bakal dibales, ternyata dibales walopun nunggu 2 jam, mungkin karena hari libur juga. Untuk yang daftar online khusus pasien lama yang sudah pernah daftar sebelumnya. Kalau udah daftar online langsung diarahin satpam buat ke pendaftaran dan bayar untuk yang gapake BPJS. Ke konsultasi psikologi cukup bayar 26ribu aja. Kebetulan dateng jam 8 belum ada antrian lain jadi dapet no 1. Langsung ke atas ke bagian Konsultasi Psikologi. Nunggu ibunya bentar langsung dipanggil masuk. Bisa bebas cerita sama psikolognya. Psikolognya baik, sabar dan gak judgemental. Terima kasih sekali, Ibu. Maaf lupa sampe gatau namanya? So far pengalaman kesini dua kali selalu bagus.

Bingung kenapa puskesmas faforitku raitingnya rendah ?? 1. Yang ngerasa antrian lama : kalian harus sadar diri mendahulukan manula, ibu hamil, dan pasien darurat sadar diri ok Kalau gak mau antri ya dtng ke dokter spesialis langsung 2. Yang ngerasa pelayanannya kurang ramah atau kurang senyum : - bro/sis ini sedang korona senyum aja ketutup makser ok kalau pingin liat senyum petugas yang Ramah kamu" nyumbang masker yang transparan sana gak usah komen aneh" - kurang ramah pelayanan ?? emangnya kamu dibentak" sama petugas puskesmas? Perasaan setiap kali saya berobat disana selalu ditanggapi dengan jelas urutannya dan selalu sopan 3. Soal "serobot antrian" setau saya pernah 1x saya temu ada pasien yang diperiksa dulu tapi setau saya pasiennya sudah sampai puskesmas udah tidak kuat duduk di lobby antri akirnya pasiennya minta ijin tiduran ke ruang tindakan nah dokternya kan khawatir apa pasien darurat Nah anda sebagai warga Indonesia tega liat itu terus bilang "antri Bu..." "Saya sudah antri dari tadi". Kemana hati nuraninya? 4. Soal "sakit banget suruh antri lama" Emang cuman kamu doang yang Dateng ke puskesmas nahan sakit? Mikir makanya baru komen Sakit gigi baru jam 9 dtng minta cpt" diperiksa macam puskesmas punya bapakmu 5. Soal "Minta rujukan cuti" kalo kamu memang cuman dpt rujukan cuti 1 hari ya terima aja kalo emang setelah rujukan cuti habis masih sakit periksa lagi ga usah alesan cutinya kurang ngomong aja "SAYA MALES KERJA DOK TOLONG CUTONYA 2 HARI" Bagi para manusia" beradab dan memiliki akal sehat tolong berpikir dulu dan dirasakan dengan hati nurani sebelum komentar
