Pelayanan yang tidak mempunyai attitude yang baik. Tidak pantas untuk di jadikan pelayanan masyarakat. Langsung laporkan ke kemenkes untuk pelayanan yang tidak pakai hati. Terutama di bagian pendaftaran seperti tidak berpendidikan terlihat dari pelayanan yg di berikan.

Kualitas seseorang tidak bisa dinilai dari pakaian dan pendidikan!! Contohnya pegawai puskesmas gandoang ini yang katanya berpendidikan tapi tidak punya sopan santun dan etika!!! Berbicara dengan nada tinggi tanpa ada salam, sapa, senyum yang harusnya itu adalah poin utama dalam pelayanan!! Mereka lebih baik bekerja dirumah sambil rebahan dari pada bekerja di Instansi pemerintah atau swasta, mereka itu hanya mencoreng nama baik suatu instansi. Dan tau ga tukang parkir nya malah lebih ber etika dan punya sopan santun yang baik, wawasan yang tinggi. Walaupun sering dipandang sebelah mata tapi tukang parkir lebih baik dari pada pegawai puskesmas!!. Beliau (tukang parkir) sambil senyum ngasih tau pak maaf buat saat ini vaksin nya ga ada, kalau mau besok ada vaksin umum semua merek vaksin ada boleh datang aja ke MM. Duh dengernya aja enak dan salut etika diutamakan!! Berbanding terbalik dengan pegawai puskesmas.

Terimakasih Puskesmas Gandoang atas pelayananya dan bantuan yang sangat memuaskan untuk warga gandoang.Semoga terus dipertahankan pelayananya jangan sampai turun dan ditingkatkan terus untuk melayani warga gandoang.Juga untuk aparatur desa lebih diperhatikan kembali sarana dan prasarana kesehatan pukesmas gandoang agar dapat maksimal untuk melayani warga dalam masa pendemi ini,Beri apresiasi untuk para petugas pukesmas gandoang yang telah menjadi lebih baik pelayananya ,Agar para petugaspun jadi lebih baik lagi dan semangat dalam menjalani tugas melayani warga .

Bikin rujukan aja salah, dr dokter puskesmas sudah di tulis bedah digestiv tp di admin pendaftaram daftarinnya bedah aja, smpe rs surat rujukan tdk bisa di gunakan, tolong lah kerja yg baik, jgn asal"an yg akhirnya merugikan org lain

Ada tuh mantri cowok yg udah bapak2 mukanya judes banget ngomong juga sama jutek dan gak ramah , di bagian pendaftaran juga ada staff ibu2 yg kalo ngomong ketus banget nyebelin , harus di rombak tuh staff yang kaga ramah .

Saya uda 3x coba mau vaksin di puskesmas gandoang Pertama dateng jam 8 abis Coba ke 2 nya dtg jam 7'an abis jg Terakhir mau booster dtg jam 6 ambil antrian Kata nya baru mulai jam 8,uda gitu no antrian dicampur antara vaksin 1,2 dan booster,, Balik lagi jam 8'an uda abis, ga konsisten, formulir jg suruh isi sendiri, pelayanan jg ga ramah, gimana ini, rataΒ² ulasannya jg sama= petugasnya ga ramah, emank ga ada evaluasi kinerja puskesmas ini? Trus tetangga ku yg berangkat lebih siang dpt booster 1 krn minta sm orang dalem sungguh penyakit ?

Tolong dong perempuan yang mendata vaksin jangan judes, sewot, dan membentak. Padahal memberitahu bisa dengan baik-baik, zaman sekarang tidak punya etika sopan santun, bagaimana Indonesia mau maju kalo dasar-dasar beretika aja tidak ada , sekolah tidak sih?
