★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - Harusnya buka dijam 07.30, tapi baru mulai pelayanan di jam 07.41, begitu buka nomor antriannya dipanggil sama petugas ibu-ibu yang ketus, dimeja depan gak informatif dan jiwa pelayanannya pun gak ada, ditanya pun seketika tuli
- Buat orang yang pertama kali datang malah buat emosi, gak ada ramah-ramahnya, di meja depan pun gak ada yang jaga, paling enggak kalau memang gak ada yang jaga, ada informasi ditaruh di meja mengenai prosedurnya
- Masuk buat taruh berkas, ibunya jutek, sibuk main hp, begitu tumpukan udah lumayan baru di proses
Kalau pun biar dibagian belakang puskesmas gak numpuk pasien, harusnya di infokan ditunggu, jangan main hp terus bundaaaa
- Petugasnya pakai masker hanya kalau udah mulai pelayanan, pas lagi rumpi-rumpi cantik berramai-ramai duduk dikursi yg dicross, apa gak malu diliat sama pasien?
+ Mba yang tugas dibagian loket 2, masih muda dan ramah, tau cara service
+ R.BP umumnya ramah dan informatif
