★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong Pelayanannya ditingkatkan, banyak keluhan dari Masyarakat yg ingin berobat tapi pelayanannya kurang bahkan mengecewakan (termasuk saya pernah mengalami). Jam aktifitas berobat tdk sesuai dgn pelayanan kpd masyarakat yg ingin berobat "sedih" Fasilitas dan Peralatan utk melayani Masyarakat sdh bagus, sayang kalau SDM nya tidak memiliki rasa ingin membantu kpd masyarakatnya agar sembuh dari sakit dan kembali sehat. Jujur, saya berobat jam 13.00 wib ke puskesmas cikud pulang bawa obat (progmah dan panadol ekstra) itupun beli di warung. Tks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Masak ke sana udah antri lama gliran uda masuk ruang KIA malah di suruh cepet² anjing banget itu petugasnya . Mana lelet bangettt mentang2 sya kesana gak bayarr puskesmas apaan kayak gitu mending petugasnya pecat aja semuanya . Mau saya laporkan ke dinas aja kali kerjanya gak memuaskan masyarakat mentang² kita rakyat miskin . Bansat bangettt

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan kurang profesional. Masa iya staff disana kalo ngobrol sama sesama staff selalu teriak teriak, gak menghargai orang yang lagi sakit dan berobat disana.
Belum lagi dokternya. Saya lagi menjelaskan keluhan penyakit saya, tapi dokternya malah ngajak ngobrol temannya yang baru datang sambil teriak teriak juga. Beberapa kali saya di'sela' untuk menjelaskan keluhan saya. Total saya menjelaskan 3x ke dokternya karena saya berbicara di'sela' terus.
Tolong lah. Saya tau, puskesmas itu gratis. Tapi ya mohon staffnya juga profesional dalam menjalankan tugas anda. Anda di gaji loh. Lebih menghormati pasien yang datang berobat. Terimakasih

Not to mention the doctor. I was explaining my illness, but the doctor instead invited his new friend to chat with him while shouting and shouting too. Several times I was 'interrupted' to explain my complaint. In total I explained 3 times to the doctor because I kept talking on the sidelines.
Please. I know the health center is free. But yes, the staff is also professional in carrying out your duties. You are on salary. More respect for patients who come for treatment. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong dong kalo kerja pegawai nya yg ikhlas yg bener kalian kan pelayanan masyarakat mentang2 gratis berobat.jgn kerjanya becanda mulu, udh gitu emang ga ada pulpen sampe spidol abis dipake buat nulis resep obat mana ga kliatan tulisan nya! berapa kali sehari minum nya, emang ga ada pulpen disana?? kan bisa pake pulpen buat nulis di plastik obat, apalgi yg berobat lansia kalo dia inget yg dibilang sama apotekernya kalo lupa gmna??. Kalo ada sampe kesalahan minum obat gimna?? Lain kali lebih hati2 lebih teliti beli pulpen yg banyak spidol yg banyak.
