Parah si ini tempat. Pelayanannya buruk banget, resepsionis nya judes judes, org ngomong malah nunduk jawabnya. Ga ada sopan sopannya. Tolong lah diperbaiki lagi pelayanannya. Kalo perlu di pecat pecatin aja karyawan yg judes banget begitu. Bikin ga nyaman. Pantes aja rating nya cuma 2.1 . PARAH. GA RECOMMENDED KE KLINIK SINI
This place sucks. The service is really bad, the receptionist is bitchy, people talk even bow their answers. There is no manners. Please improve the service again. If you need to be fired, just fire an employee who is so mean. Make it uncomfortable. No wonder the rating is only 2.1. CRITICAL. NOT RECOMMENDED TO THE CLINIC HERE

oh detail ya? karena suka ngobrol sama dr D kalau pas dokter praktek tulis obatnya, dia sering jelasin karena saya sering ngobrol ama pasien diruang tunggu, saya tanayin ke dokter D lah, kenapa begini kenapa begitu, mungkin saya termasuk yang lama di ruang periksa kali ya, enak sih kalau ngobrol ama dokter d dijawab semua pertanyaan saya, ngga kaya yang di admin ditanya malah judes
oh details huh? because I like to talk to Dr. D. When the doctor is practicing, he writes the medicine, he often explains because I often talk to patients in the waiting room, I ask Doctor D, why is this, why is that, maybe I am one of the old ones in the examination room, yes, it's good If I talk to the doctor, all my questions will be answered, it's not like what the admin is asking is even bitchy

Ngurus surat keterangan sehat, Datang sebelum jam 1,, pendaftaran dibuka jam 2,, masuk ke ruang dokter antre panjang.. sekitar jam 3:30 baru keluar dr ruang dokter, mau ambil surat keterangan di resepsionis, disuruh nunggu, selang beberapa menit dipanggil info printer rusak, diminta nunggu, -+40mnit ga ada kabar,, nyamperin ke resepsionis, tanya.. eh ternyata belum ketemu rusaknya apa... ga ada solusi, malah gw yg saranin solusi,, diprint diluar, trus di cap nanti.. nunggu lagi.. sejam lbih nunggu.. kebanyakan nunggu.. Dan satu lagi,, nomer kritik & saran ga bs di tlp.. lengkap sudah.. ga rekomen dh.. cukup 1x ja ke sini.. kapok..
Handling health certificate Come before 1 o'clock, registration opens at 2 o'clock,, enter the doctor's room, long queue.. around 3:30 am just got out of the doctor's room, want to take a certificate at the reception, told to wait, after a few minutes called info the printer is broken, asked waiting, -+40 minutes no news,, arrived at the receptionist, asked.. uh apparently I haven't found what the damage is... there is no solution, instead I suggested a solution,, printed outside, then stamped later.. waiting again.. an hour more waiting.. mostly waiting.. And one more thing, the number of criticism & suggestions can't be reached on the phone.. it's complete.. I don't recommend it.. just 1 time here.. given up..

Pelayanannya ribet dan cari duit,,, masa ngeprint kartu bpjs di suruh bayar 5.000 Sudah gitu minta surat rujukan suruh berobat kembali padahal dokternya sudah menyuruh di rujuk,,, giliran di ramein baru di kasih surat rujukannya

Pelayanannya lama. Sy mengantri dr jam 18.00 sampai jam 22.00 blm d panggil juga itu masih ada 10 antrian sampai sy memutuskan untuk pulang saja karna badan sudah menggigil dan pusing. Namanya orang sakit mau berobat terus istirahat ini harus mengantri sampai 4 jam lebih waktu sy abis terbuang cuma buat berobat d sini
The service is long. I queued from 18.00 to 22.00. I haven't called yet, there are still 10 queues until I decide to just go home because my body is already shivering and dizzy. His name is a sick person who wants to take treatment and then he takes a break, he has to queue for more than 4 hours, my time is wasted just for treatment here

Kenapa yaa setiap hari rabu dokter nya selalu dateng telat padahal klinik 24 jam klo boleh saran untuk dojter hari rabu mohon di ganti kasian buat pasien nunggu dari pagi jam 7 Saya disuruh cek darah padahal saya menolak tapi dengan alasan tidak di kasih surat sakit Mohon segera diperbaiki untuk dokter nya

Poli persalinan tidak tersedia sya cek d JKN online. Dokter kandungan gk da.adanya bidan tapi gk jelas jadwalnya. Bilang jam 3 ya bu. d tunggu sampe jam stgh 3 eh bilang bidannya gk da. Sya mau minta rujukan k SPoG aja,gk dikasih hrs k bidan dlu. Tp bidannya entah kpn bisa d temui.....! Bagaimna klo urgent ??
The maternity clinic is not available, please check at JKN online. There is no obstetrician. There is no midwife but the schedule is not clear. Say 3 o'clock ma'am. d wait until 3 o'clock stgh eh said the midwife didn't exist. I just want to ask for a referral to SPoG, it doesn't have to be given to the midwife first. However, the midwife doesn't know when she can find her.....! What if it's urgent??
