Baru jam 7 kata kang parkir nomer antrian udh abis padahal yg gw liat baru bbrapa org dah gtu banyakan lansia juga bukan umum,karna yg gw tau dokter lansia sama umum itu beda,dn biasannya gw dateng jam 9 juga nomer masih ada ko. Bisa dliat dfoto gk mungkin shari cuma nerima pasien sgini

Kalau dibandingin tahun 2015, pelayanannya jauuuuh lebih baik. Mulai dari loket pendaftaran yang sekarang menggunakan mesin, layaknya di bank. Terus ruang tunggu yang diperbagus. Loket seperti rumah sakit, ada loket rujukan, lansia, dan umum. Antriannya memang terbagi-bagi. Jauh lebih baik dari yang dulu lah pokoknya. Hanya sekadar masukan, kalau ada pasien lansia terutama yang rujukan BPJS, sebaiknya dilayani dengan baik dan ramah. Sebagai petugas kesehatan, attitude sama adab jangan dikesampingkan, apa lagi ke orangtua. Untuk hari ini, saya datang jam 07.10 untuk bikin surat keterangan sehat. Gak berapa lama dipanggil oleh petugas di loket pendaftaran. Terus disuruh menunggu lagi. Jam 07.48, saya lihat dokter dari ruang pemeriksaan umum, datang sambil bawa sepiring bubur ayam?! Ini Puskesmas kan buka jam 07.00 ya? Yaudah sih harusnya dia ngerti, sarapan dulu sebelum jam 07.00. Lagian mereka kerja kan juga gak sampe sore. Ckck. Resiko kerja di pelayanan masyarakat ya harus menghormati masyarakatlah. Digaji juga pake uang rakyat. ? Petugasnya kebanyakan pada main hape. Asik sendiri. Sering mengabaikan pasien. Jam 08.00 pasien NUMPUK di ruang tunggu!!! Kasihan woy yang LANSIA!!!

Continues told to wait again. 07:48 hours, I see the doctor of the general examination room, came while carrying a plate of chicken porridge ?! This health center is open at 07:00 kan ya? Yaudah the hell should he get it, breakfast before 07.00. Anyway they're also not work until the afternoon. Ckck. The risk of working in community service must respect the community. He also uses public money. ? The clerk is mostly on playing phone. Asik own. Often ignore the patient. At 08.00 NUMPUK patients in the waiting room !!! Woy pity that ELDERLY !!!

Pelayanan petugas baik dan ramah , petugas menjelaskan alur berobat disini dengan jelas dan sopan, dokter umum baik ramah dan jelas , antrian teratur , saya dan suami sdh 3 kali berobat kesini pakai BPJS dan ditangani dengan baik. Saya slalu daftar online lewat aplikasi JKN dan wajib datang tepat waktu jam 7.30 pagi. Over all saya cukup puas dengan pelayanan disini, smoga kedepannya bisa semakin baik lagi , terima kasih puskes teluk pucung ?
Service officers are good and friendly, officers explain the flow of treatment here clearly and politely, general practitioners are friendly and clear, queues are regular, my husband and I have been treated here 3 times using BPJS and are handled well. I always register online through the JKN application and must arrive on time at 7.30 am. Over all I am quite satisfied with the service here, hopefully in the future it can be even better, thank you Pucung Bay Health Center

Pelayanannya ngga jelas... Daftar online pake JKN dan sudah dapat no antrian, Sampe sini malah tidak berlaku no antriannya malah pake antrian manual.. tolong dong dibenahi pelayanannya kalau tidak bisa daftar online tidak usah pasang jam praktek di JKN biar orang tidak berharap dan bisa datang langsung ke sini

Anak saya mau berobat, dateng jam 08.21 masa nomer antriannya udah penuh, gabisa berobat lagi. PUSKESMAS GAK JELAS. JANGAN MAU MAKAN GAJI BUTA AJA LO PADA! MALES LO SEMUA JADI MANUSIA KERJANYA.
My son wants treatment, he came at 08.21 when the queue number was full, he couldn't get treatment again. PUSKESMAS IS NOT CLEAR. DON'T WANT TO EAT YOUR BLIND SALARY ON! LOOK AT ALL TO BE A WORKING HUMAN.

Sabtu, 19 Maret 2022, jam 5.30 wib ambil antrian, no 33. jam 8.00 wib dtng bawa ibu (79 th), jam 8.30 wib minta bantuan petugas mohon ibu didahulukan (kebetulan pasien belum ramai) karena kawatir kesehatan beliau apalagi masa pandemi, sayang...petugas pencatat dengan sangat arogan dan suara kencang jawab " gak busa pak !!! sesuai aturan aja !!!, nanti apa kata yang lain,..., saya jawab ibu itu (saya sambil menunjuk ibu yang lagi duduk di kursi antrian) sudah sepuh mas, bisa gak didahulukan maaf...., langsung dijawab kencang Gak bisa pak ikuti aturan aja !!!, yah udah mas teeima kaain, santai aja ngak usah ngegas....

Dari sisi pelayanannya oke, staf yg bertugas baik dan ramah. Hanya saja dari sistem antriannya sangat kacau. Pelayanan dibatasi dengan antrian yang hanya ada sekitar 60. Bagi yang mau berobat harus mengambil antrian dulu yang dibuka sejak setengah enam pagi dan biasanya sudah habis pada jam 7. Saya coba pake antrian mobile jkn bisa, langsung masuk dan tunjukkan antrian mobile jkn ke bagian pendaftaran.

Belum pernah ada pengalaman berobat di sini. Tapi pagi tadi sekitar jam 9 vaksin booster di sini. Situasi masih cukup sepi. Saya langsung diarahkan ke tempat pendaftaran vaksin. Cukup siapkan KTP asli dan FC. Pelayanan ramah dan proses vaksin nya cukup cepat. Setelah vaksin diminta nunggu selama 15 menit untuk memastikan ada reaksi apa tidak dan sekalian dikasih sertifikatnya.
