PROBLEM SOLVED Terima kasih atas pengertiannya, semoga makin sukses mensejahterakan warga sekitar❤ Assalamualaikum Wr. Wb. Sebelumnya izinkan saya memperkenalkan diri terlebih dahulu. Nama saya Giffari Nur Muhammad Fauzi, mahasiswa jurusan Sosiologi dengan konsentrasi Sosiologi Pembangunan di salah satu Universitas Negeri di Bandung, dengan ulasan terbuka ini saya ingin menyampaikan sedikit keluh kesah saya dan mungkin juga keluarga saya terhadap Puskesmas Karang Satria. Kebetulan posisi rumah saya persis bersebelahan dengan puskesmas ini dan ingin sedikitnya memberikan masukan kepada bapak ibu yang berhubungan atau bekerja di Puskesmas Karang Satria. Teruntuk, Bapak atau ibu yang memiliki kewenangan di Puskesmas Karang Satria, tolong sebaiknya dan seharusnya TPS sementara berwarna kuning yang sudah tidak terpakai serta genteng-genteng yang masih bagus namun belum terpakai yang terbengkalai di pekarangan rumah kami untuk sebaiknya dipindahkan atau diberikan kepada yang membutuhkan. Karena adanya tumpukan dua hal tersebut menyebabkan air hujan tidak bisa terserap ke tanah dan mengalir ke tempat yang lebih rendanh seperti semestinya, yang kemudian menyebabkan genangan air yang cukuo besar dan berpotensi menyebabkan banjir. Kemudian tolong buatkan lahan resapan air di sekitar atau bahkan di pekarangan Puskesmas, kenapa lahan resapan air ? Karena daerah resapan air berfungsi untuk menampung debit air hujan yang turun di lokasi tersebut. Secara tidak langsung lahan resapan air memegang peran penting sebagai pengendali banjir dan kekeringan di musim kemarau. Dampak yang terjadi bila alih fungsi lahan yang terjadi tak terkendali diantaranya adalah banjir. Banjir terjadi karena tidak adanya tanah yang menampung air hujan. Dampak yang lain yakni kekeringan diwaktu musim kemarau. Ini terjadi karena air hujan yang turun di musim hujan tidak tertampung di dalam tanah akibatnya air tanah sedikit bahkan tak ada lagi. Bukan malah membuat bangunan yg lebih tinggi agar air mengalir ke bawah tanpa adanya lahan resapan air. Mungkin dengan adanya ulasan terbuka ini bapak ibu yg berwenang di Puskesmas Karang Satria serta semua yg melihat dan bahkan membaca kritik berkedok ulasan saya ini mengetahui bagaimana pembangunan atau renovasi yang 'katanya' dimaksudkan untuk memperbaiki pelayanan kepada masyarakat malah berbalik menjadi pembangunan yang merugikan masyarakat. Karena sejatinya pembangunan itu harus memperhatikan rakyat serta lingkungan agar seluruh elemen-elemen tersebut tidak ada yg dirugikan. Terima kasih, Wassalamualaikum Wr. Wb. My name is Giffari Nur Muhammad Fauzi, a student majoring in Sociology with a concentration in Development Sociology at one of the State Universities in Bandung, with this open comment I would like to express a bit of my and my family's complaints about the Karang Satria Puskesmas. It just so happens that my house is exactly next to this puskesmas and wants to at least provide input to ladies and gentlemen who are related or work at the Karang Satria Puskesmas. Dear, Ladies and gentlemen who have the authority in Karang Satria Puskesmas, please and should be temporary yellow TPS that are not used as well as tiles that are still good but unused that are neglected in our yard to be moved or given to those in need. Due to the stack of two things, rainwater cannot be absorbed into the ground and flows to a lower level as it should, which then causes a large pool of water and has the potential to cause flooding. Then please make a water catchment area around or even in the Puskesmas yard, why water catchment area? Because the water catchment area serves to accommodate the rainwater flowing down at that location. Indirectly, water catchment areas play an important role as flood control and drought in the dry season. Impacts that occur when land use change occurs uncontrollably include flooding. Flooding occurs because there is no land that holds rainwater. Another impact is drought during the dry season. This happens because the rainwater that falls in the rainy season is not accommodated in the ground resulting in little or no ground water anymore. Instead of making a taller building so that water flows downward without the water catchment area. Maybe with this open review, the ladies and gentlemen at Karang Satria Health Center and all those who saw and even read the criticism under the guise of this review, I know how the construction or renovation, which he said was intended to improve services to the community, turned into development that was detrimental to the community. Pelayanannya kurang bagus, padahal antrian sepi, tp petugasnya sibuk ngobrol sendiri.. orang yg berobat harus nunggu terlalu lama..

Pelayanan sangat buruk, petugas nya seperti makan cabe, mulut nya pedas. Gmn mau sembuh pasien kalo berobat disini.

Pelayanan parah...sangat tidak profesional...cuma ganti perban aja ga mau...alasan suruh ke rumah sakit...orang dari RSUD aja disuruh ke puskesmas...parah....ga niat melayani....
Serious service...very unprofessional...just don't want to change the bandage...the reason for telling me to go to the hospital...people from the hospital were told to go to the puskesmas...severe...no intention to serve....

Pelayanan sangat tidak baik, karena ada beberapa petugas nya berbicara dengan nada yang nyolot, dan saya kecewa pada petugas di bagian pendaftaran karena pertama kali saya kesana petugas itu bilang bisa pemeriksaan kesehatan untuk pendaftaran kuliah dan setelah saya menunggu 4 jam lebih di puskesmas karang satria ini baru nama saya di panggil setelah beberapa kali saya bertanya kenapa nama saya lama sekali di panggil nya, padahal sudah ada nomor urut tapi saya selalu di lewati, dan pelayanan nya seperti tidak ikhlas, dan ternyata setelah 4 jam lebih saya menunggu mereka baru bilang ternyata tidak bisa melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan di puskesmas. Apakah memang seperti ini pelayanan baik yang diberikan sebagai tim kesehatan pada masyarakat dengan membuat orang yang datang menunggu sangat lama dan merasa tertekan karena ucapannya?
The service was not very good, because some of the officers spoke in a strict tone, and I was disappointed in the clerk at the registration section because the first time I went there the officer said he could have a health check for college registration and after I waited for more than 4 hours at this Karang Satria Public Health Center I just called my name after several times I asked why it took me so long to call my name, even though there was already a serial number but I was always passed, and the service didn't seem sincere, and it turned out that after more than 4 hours I waited for them to just say it wasn't can do a health check at the health center. Is this really the kind of service that the health team provides to the community by making people who come wait for a very long time and feel pressured by their words?
