★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk pemberian informasi tidak terkoordinasi sehingga informasi yg didapat tidak jelas dan tidak akurat, pendaftaran vaksin/reschedule tidak jelas dan ribet.
 Poor service in providing uncoordinated information so that the information obtained is unclear and inaccurate, vaccine registration/rescheduling is unclear and complicated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya Tidak Ramah, Dokternya pun Tidak Ada Atituted, Dan Itupun pembayaran Tidak Pakai BPJS.... Tolong di perbaiki lagi untuk pelayanan dan konsulnya....
The service is not friendly, the doctor is not accredited, and even then the payment does not use BPJS.... Please fix it again for the service and the consul....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di puskesmas cisauk bukan hanya dilayani berobat.. tapi pasien juga diajak utk hidup sehat dengan senam setiap jam 10 pagi bareng petugas.. kyknya di tempat lain gak ada.. hehe. Like it ♥️
At the Cisauk Public Health Center, not only treatment is served.. but patients are also invited to live a healthy life by exercising every 10 am with the staff.. I don't think there is anywhere else... hehe. Like it ️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Masa nama saya di sertivikat vaksin jadi nama laki udh saya cek di dukcapil udh bener identitas sy gak ada yg salah dari akte,kk,KTP dll kok ya gak teliti !!!
When my name is on the vaccine certificate, so I've checked the male name at the dukcapil, my identity is correct, there's nothing wrong with my certificate, family name, ID card, etc., how come I'm not careful!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah 5 hari yang lalu saya telah melakukan vaksin ketiga disini tapi tak timbul sertifikat vaksin ketiga di dalam aplikasi perduli lindungi,.saya minta kejelasan tentang hal tersebut tapi di lempar sana, lempar sini seolah2 kita di abaikan.
It's been 5 days since I did the third vaccine here but the third vaccine certificate didn't appear in the care to protect application. I asked for clarity about this but it was thrown there, thrown here as if we were being ignored.
