★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8 feb 2022, saya mendaftar online untuk pcr besok (9 feb 2022) jam 11-12. Harapannya adalah pada saat saya datang langsung ditangani. Nyatanya, saya masih harus mengantri kembali dan pelayanannya sangat lama. Saya menunggu lebih dari 1 jam.
Setelahnya saya dikabarkan akan mendapatkan hasilnya max 24 jam via wa. Nyatanya, lebih dari 24 jam tidak ada kabar. Di wa tidak dibalas, di telp tidak diangkat.
Ini lab terburuk pelayanannya dari seluruh lab yang pernah saya datangi
 8 feb 2022, i am registering online for pcr tomorrow (9 feb 2022) 11-12. The hope is that when I arrive, it will be handled immediately. In fact, I still have to queue again and the service is very long. I waited more than 1 hour.
After that, I was told that I would get the results max 24 hours via wa. In fact, more than 24 hours no news. No reply on wa, no answer on phone.
This is the worst service lab of all the labs I've ever been to

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru tes swap antigen untuk penerbangan. Saya dapat diskon lumayan setelah menunjukkan tiket. Setelah sampling, hasil tes dikirim via WA dalam waktu 15 menit, 30 menit kemudian dikasih print-out (by request). Hasil test juga muncul di app Pedulilindungi dalam waktu kurang dari 1 jam dan ternyata terintegrasi sama sistem check-in bandara.
Para petugas lumayan ramah, bahkan tetap cool sama salah satu pelanggan yg agak ngegas ?
Semoga kualitas pelayanannyanya tetap dipertahankan ya!
New antigen swap test for aviation. I got a hefty discount after showing the ticket. After sampling, the test results are sent via WA within 15 minutes, 30 minutes later a print-out is given (by request). The test results also appear in the Pedulilindungi app in less than 1 hour and it turns out that it is integrated with the airport check-in system.
The officers are quite friendly, they even stay cool with one of the customers who is a bit gassy
Hopefully the quality of service will be maintained!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiga kali dateng ke sini. Yg pertama cepet, yg kdua ktiga dtg pg, ud dftr halodoc, nunggu nyaris 2 jam. Kenapa? Yg ud dftr online kudu dftr lg barengan sm yg blm dftr, petugas cm 1, jd dipanggil dah tuh antrean A (blm dftr) dan B (ud dftr online) gantian. Ngakak. Ud tau rame klo pagi, ptugasnya dua kek yg urus pndftaran. Masa iya ptugas counter kdua dateng jam 9? Lol. Kyaknya yg antrean cepet cm pas siang. Tolong dibenerin pngaturannya, klo rame pas pagi, ya sesuaikan petugas counter jg. Masa pasien dtg jam 8 pg hr kamis dan jumat, baru diswab jam 10? Konyol si aslik.
Came here three times. The first one is fast, the second the third one comes in the morning, already registered for Halodoc, waiting for almost 2 hours. Why? Those who have registered online must register again together with those who have not registered, the officer is cm 1, so the queues have been called A (not registered) and B (online registered) instead. Laugh out loud. You know it's busy in the morning, there are two staff who take care of registration. Is it time for the second counter clerk to come at 9? lol. It seems that the queue is fast, it's just at noon. Please fix the arrangements, if it's busy in the morning, adjust the counter staff too. When the patient comes at 8 am on Thursday and Friday, just swab at 10? The original is ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salah satu tempat rekomendasi untuk antigen/PCR di BSD. Di sini bisa langsung datang atau daftar online terlebih dulu. Beberapa review sih antrinya sama aja. Terakhir ke sini langaung datang, berhubung gak terlalu ramai jadi pelayanannya cepet. Hasilnya juga cepet gak sampai 30 menit sudah dikabarin. Gak kaya gebetanmu yang suka ilang-ilangan gak ngabarin.

The last time I came here, I came here, because it wasn't too crowded, so the service was fast. The results are also fast, less than 30 minutes have been reported.
