Bad respond. Judul nya pusat kesehatan masyarakat tapi justru sangat tidak mencerminkan pusat kesehatan. Di tambah, tidak ada satu nomor telepon yang dapat dihubungi.

Bikin surat sehat bayar 20k katanya buat pendaftaran sama apalah itu , perasaan bikin surat sehat dimana2 gratis . Mengingatkan : masker harap dipakai apa lagi kalian petugas puskesmas !

Pelayanan sangat buruk 1. Awal anak saya mau imunisasi disini padahal pendaftaran diluar saya udah bilang mau imunisasi, udah antri lama" sampe pendaftaran didalam bilang ga ada jadwal imunisasi hari itu. Kenapa security diluar ga kasih tau dari awal saya ga perlu lama" antri mana bawa bayi. 2. Hal yang sama mau imunisasi sudah sesuai jadwal dipendaftaran diluar disuruh antri kedalam, sampai didalam udah antri taunya vaksinnya kosong, apa yg diluar ga tau informasi vaksin kosong sampe pasien datang ga diinfoin. 3. Saya datang bawa bayi saya yg lagi demam, dipendaftaran diluar disuruh antri kedalam lagi. Pas didalam ditanya anaknya kenapa saya jawab demam malah ngomong judes ko demam kesini harusnya langsung ke IGD. Lah mana saya tau kan dari luar disuruh kesini ya saya kesini napa malah saya yang dijudesin. Sampe diIGD pun dokter bilang harusnya ibu langsung kesini jangan kedalam. Ya ga mungkin dong saya nyelonong aja masuk IGD tanpa arahan petugas.

Alhamdulillah, puskesmas di tempat kami sudah di bangun lebih besar untuk memaksimalkan pelayanan bagi masyarakat. Di luar pohon yang rimbun, nyaman dan adem sekali. Namun, sayang sekali tolak ukur dari instansi ini yaitu pelayanan kurang tertanam dalam hati para pegawai disini. Kami bertanya, di jawab bertorong2. Kalau tau jawabannya, silahkan jawab langsung. Mungkin memang bukan jobdesnya, tapi harus ingat pegawai semuanya adalah melayani masyarakat bukan hanya kerja 1 jobdes saja saling bantu untuk melayani. Pelanggan, butuh respon yang cepat. Butuh mendapatkan informasi yang cepat. Kalau sesuai kondisi tidak mengapa, tapi kenapa harus bertorong2 bukannya saling membantu? Saya harap, semua pegawai bisa tertanam dalam hati. Bahwa pekerjaannya ini sangat mulia, sangat banyak pahala, dan saya harap dapat dilakukan dengan sepenuh hati seperti yang ia harapkan sendiri jika ia menjadi pelanggan di sini. Terima kasih, semoga kita lebih baik lagi. Layaknya seperti rumah sakit disini. Banyak bangku yang di sediakan di sini. iGD, kasir, registrasi, toilet, tempat parkir Dll..
Alhamdulillah, the puskesmas in our place has been built bigger to maximize services for the community. Outside the lush trees, comfortable and very cool. However, it's a shame that the benchmark of this agency is that the service is not embedded in the hearts of the employees here. We asked questions, they were answered. If you know the answer, please answer directly. Maybe it's not the jobdes, but you have to remember that all employees are serving the community, not just one jobdesk, helping each other to serve. Customers, need a fast response. Need to get information fast. If it fits the conditions it's okay, but why should we work together instead of helping each other? I hope, all employees can be planted in the heart. That his work is very noble, very rewarding, and I hope he can do it with all his heart as he hopes himself if he becomes a customer here. Thank you, hopefully we can do better. It's like a hospital here. Many benches are provided here. iGD, cashier, registration, toilet, parking lot etc..

Untuk perawatan kesehatannya kurang memadai. Pasien di taruh di kursi luar yg kotor. Waktu itu istri saya sakit telingan hanya di senter aja pakai senter hape dan tdk ada penanganan khusus di kasih obat doang.

Lokasi Puskesmas Cikarang ada di deket pertigaan Pilar, samping masjid, depannya ada pohon gede yg membuat adem. Pelayanan standar. Ada yg ramah, ada yg kebalikannya. Makasih udah merawat banyak pasien (termasuk sodara saya) dg baik
