Pelayanan tidak memuaskan. Datang disuruh menunggu di luar tapi gak dipanggil panggil dan gak ada nomor antrian. Giliran saya tanya dibilangnya sudah tutup karena antriannya habis. Padahal masih jam kerja dan dokternya saya lihat juga cuma duduk duduk sambil makan dan ngerumpi. Benar-benar kecewa. Mohon bagian administrasi nya ditingkatkan lebih lagi. Padahal ini termasuk daerah besar dan ramai loh, masa kalah sama pelayanan di daerah sana. Harusnya bisa melayani dengan sepenuh hati serta ramah karena ini pelayanan publik dan kita bayar pajak buat gaji mereka

Ini puskesmas atau tmpt komentarin hidup orang yah... Setiap pasien yg Dateng berobat gak pake bpjs, pake bpjs di coment semua... Gak perawat gak bagian admin sama aja. Ingat petugas medis tuh ada sumpah janji.. Kalian gak takut sama janji yg kalian ucapkan.... Tolong yg kerja itu tangan bukan mulut, omongan ya di jaga.. Kalian juga punya keluarga yg sewaktu-waktu bisa sakit juga. Dan semoga kalian semua Yg kerja di situ tdk merasakn berobat di tmpt pelayanan kesehatan yg petugasnya tdk sopan... Mungkin suatu saat kalian bisa di kasih mukjizat biar lebih baik lagi dalam melayani masyarakat yg berobat ke sana...

Not a nurse, not an admin, it's the same. Remember the medical officer has an oath of promise.. You are not afraid of the promises you make.... Please, it's the hands, not the mouth, the words are guarded.. You also have family who can get sick at any time too. And I hope that all of you who work there don't feel that you are being treated at a health service place where the staff is not polite...
