★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sudah sampai di Puskesmas Sukajaya jam 07.50 WIB. Petugasnya masih ngobrol ketawa ketawa di depan. Saya ditanya, "Mau ngapain? " Astaghfirullah. Ini puskesmas, orang kesini ya pasti karena butuh pengobatan kan. Untuk Dinkes yang membawahi Puskesmas Sukajaya, tolong para PNS disini di disiplinkan. Pelayanan prima di Puskesmas perlu ditingkatkan lagi.
I arrived at the Puskesmas Sukajaya at 07.50 WIB. The officer is still chatting laughing in front. I was asked, "What are you going to do?" Astaghfirullah. This is a puskesmas, people come here for sure because they need treatment right. For the Health Office that oversees Sukajaya Health Center, please the civil servants here are disciplined. Excellent service at the health center needs to be improved again.

The employees are old school. Not friendly, not disciplined, it feels like the work is not paid.

Saya wktu itu pernah dateng jam 1 setelah jam istirahat selesai lalu saya mau periksa tapi kata orng situ udah gak bisa melayani karna mau tutup.
Sedangkan tutup puskes nya aja jam 3 .
Haduuhh.
A careless doctor, unsatisfactory service..
I once came at 1 o'clock after the break was over and then I wanted to check but said the person there couldn't serve because they wanted to close.
Meanwhile, the health center closes at 3 o'clock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya tidak merekomendasikan untuk vaksin dan berobat di tempat ini . Layanan sangat buruk petugas nya terkesan acuh kerja seperti mau tidak mau . Bayangkan untuk input sertifikat vaksin saja dimana input di p-care tidak sampai 5 menit ini berhari2 bahkan lebih dr 14 hari ga kunjung selesai . Jika anda sakit dan urgent mungkin anda harus mati dulu baru mereka merespon anda . Sangat miris dimana mereka harusnya melayani masyarakat malah menjadi momok untuk masyarakat sendiri .
I do not recommend for vaccines and treatment at this place. The service is very bad, the officers seem indifferent to work like they want it or not. Imagine just inputting a vaccine certificate where the input in p-care doesn't last for 5 minutes. If you are sick and urgent maybe you have to die before they respond to you. It is very sad that they are supposed to serve the community and instead become a scourge for the community itself.
