Pesanan saya waktu itu adalah manual brew V60 dan biji kopi roasted.
Manual brew V60: barista terampil dan mengerti bagaimana membuat V60 yg enak. Taste nya pas di lidah saya dan temperatur brewing sesuai juga.
Biji kopi roasted: sedikit lebih mahal daripada kopi yg biasa saya beli di salah satu merek tertentu. Tapi saya rasa wajar karena proses roasting manual dengan personal touch. Hasil roasting pas sekitar light ke medium. Cocok buat yg suka manual brewing kaya saya.
Saran: menyediakan area non-smoking jadi bisa menarik pangsa pasar lebih banyak.

My order at that time was a manual V60 brew and roasted coffee beans.
Manual V60 brew: Baristas are skilled and understand how to make good V60. The taste is right on my tongue and the brewing temperature is right too.
Roasted coffee beans: a little more expensive than the coffee I usually buy at one particular brand. But I think it's natural because the process of manual roasting with personal touch. The results of roasting fit around light to medium. Suitable for those who like manual brewing like mine.
Suggestion: provide a non-smoking area so that it can attract more market share.
