★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya beberapa dari petugas kurang mengenakan,karena saya minta surat dokter dari dokter nya di oper ke depan dan saya ke depan di oper lagi ke tengah,saya samperin di tengah saya di suruh balik lagi ke dokter nya.mohon maaf sekedar saran seharus nya pelayanan nya jangan sampai pasien seperti tidak di hargai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya dtng untuk syarat catin, jam 11 siang, cek lab tdk menggunakan BPJS, tp bayar, semua personil ramah kecuali orang LAB, saat masuk lab, udah nyerocos, knp baru dtng jam segini, lab udah tutup seharusnya jam 11, emang kerja apa mas bla bla2(agak kasar ngomongnya) dan cara masukin jarumnya jg kasar, untung saya sudah biasa dengan jarum karena rutin donor, bagi yg gag biasa sama jarum, udah ngomel2 itu pasti.....
Mohon dr pihak puskesmas kutai menindaklanjuti petugas lab yg tdk ramah tersebut, agar puskesmas kutai tdk mmpunyai citra buruk hanya karna attitude 1 oknum.....
Nb : klo memang sudah tutup jam 11 knp saya masih d terima, klo pun udah gag Terima pasien saya jg gag akan maksa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sekilas mau info kalau untuk pelayanan di puskemas ini untuk yg di bagian laboratorium orangnya benar2 tidak ada sopan santunya memarah2hin pasien hnya krna datangnya siang dan menganggu jamnya dia mau pulang padahal off jam personal jam 1 siang sedangnkan sya priksa jam setengah satu aja blom pas saya dtang siang karna suami saya kerja dulu dan itupun saya langsung buru2 buat ksna suami blom istrht blom mkan siang udh langsung ksna eh malah di marah2hin orng bagian lebnya yg ga punya etitude saya periksa leb juga kan bayar ga gratis untuk pelayanan yg lainya okey
