★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If only I could give you a zero star. You are not ready to serve. I had an appointment with the cardiologist for medical check up/ threadmill test. First of all, I don't mind to come at anytime but ur customer service and nurses suck! Please train them how to communicate efficiently instead of telling us "pleasr wait". We dont know what we are waiting for!!!! The registration informed me that the doctor will be here at 1PM. Apparently, she came at 3.30PM. I came to the nurse asking if there is any queue number. She only said just wait. Then I asked if regular patients will be served first and medical check up patients will be served later on. No one's got the answer!!!! Why can't u just tell me "we have XXX number of patients, medical check up patients will be served after regular patients. Why?????? Why can't u just tell us, medical check up starts at 5PM instead of please wait please wait. You really need to improve the communication. Make it as clearly as possible!!!! I am super upset!
