โ โ โ โ โ Petugas pendaftarannya didatangi lagi makan di loket, ga mencerminkan pelayanan prima bgt, udah gt blg mau cuci tangan dulu, eh pas mau keluar loket malah ketemu temennya dan ngobrol lama banget....pasien yg daftar di cuekin, pas dipanggil tiba2 suruh ttd tanpa dijelasin hrs ttd apaan, lah kl ttd nya utk pinjol gmn coba??masa sy hrs ttd tanpa tau buat apa...gmn mau akreditasi pelayanan kayak gini...direkturnya tolong dibenahi dong ini. Mulyasari kan RS swasta, nanti kalah saing loh kl begini terus
 The registration officer was visited again to eat at the counter, it didn't reflect the excellent service, I didn't want to wash my hands first, and when I was about to leave the counter, I met a friend and chatted for a very long time....patients who registered were ignored, when they were called, they were suddenly asked to sign without I have to explain what to do, what if I want to borrow it, how do I try it?? When I have to sign it without knowing what to do... how do I want to accredit a service like this... the director, please fix this. Mulyasari is a private hospital, you won't be able to compete if you keep going like this

โ โ โ โ โ Mnrt saya dr pelayanan dan dokter UGD ramah, dan cepat tangani keluhan anak saya. Karna hasilnya tipes anak hrs rawat inap. Dan ketemu dokter anak yg ramah dan tanganin dgn baik jg suster - susternya ramah. Dan utk kebersihan dr kamar sampai kamar mandi sangat bersih. Selalu di Bersihkan tiap Pagi dan Sore.
According to me, the service and emergency room doctor were friendly, and quickly handled my child's complaints. Because the result is typhoid, the child must be hospitalized. And I met a pediatrician who was friendly and handled it well and the nurses were friendly. And for cleanliness from the room to the bathroom it is very clean. Always cleaned every morning and evening.

โ โ โ โ โ Teman saya yang seharusnya dapat transfusi darah (Hb 7,5 hasil positif covid) tidak dilakukan dgn alasan kurang nutrisi jadi cukup ditambah nutrisi saja. Tapi Hb tidak kunjung normal, saat ditanyakan jawabannya hanya "bentar" lalu pergi tak kunjung kembali macam doi yang tukang PHP.
Saat awal di ruangan isolasi hanya sendirian dan colokan tidak berfungsi, saat ada penambahan pasien 3 orang lagi baru dinyalakan padahal sudah sempat tanyakan ke petugas jawabannya "gatau", jawaban macam apa itu. Kemudian saat check rutin susternya bisik-bisik ke dokter tapi ga jelasin ke pasien dia kenapa, untung teman saya telinganya macem kelelawar. Dia dengar Hb nya 7, tak kunjung baik. Udah gitu dokternya diem aja TETEP GA DILAKUIN TRANSFUSI. Dikira temen saya mayat hidup apa ga butuh darah?! Kalo bukan rujukan dari puskesmas ga akan mau disini.
My friend who was supposed to get a blood transfusion (Hb 7.5 positive for covid) was not done on the grounds of lack of nutrition so it was enough to just add nutrition. But Hb did not return to normal, when asked the answer was only "a moment" and then left and never came back like a PHP builder.
At the beginning, I was alone in the isolation room and the plugs didn't work. When there were additional patients, 3 more people were turned on even though I had time to ask the staff the answer was "I don't know", what kind of answer was that. Then during a routine check the nurse whispered to the doctor but didn't explain to the patient why, luckily my friend had a bat's ear. He heard his Hb is 7, it's not good. That's it, the doctor just kept quiet, THERE WAS NO TRANSFUSION. Do you think my friends are undead or don't need blood?! If it wasn't a referral from the health center, I wouldn't want to be here.
