★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bawa anak ingin berobat, tujuan pengen ke poli anak, malah di daftarkan ke IGD, pas di panggil ke IGD saya dan istri balik lagi ke kasir tuk ke poli anak tapi bayar yak gpp dah, eeh SATPAMNYA mala bilang ke saya katanya POlI ANAK sudah tutup, pas saya ke poli ternyata masih buka, itu SATPAM bukan SATPAM bru di RS ini loh, ko bisa2 dia berbohong ke orang yg ingin berobat
 Bring the child to seek treatment, the goal is to go to the children's poly, instead they are registered in the ER, when I was called to the ER, my wife and I went back to the cashier to go to the children's poly but paid for it, oh no, the security guard didn't tell me he said the CHILD POLI was closed , when I went to the poly it was still open, it's a security guard not a new security guard at this hospital, how can he lie to people who want treatment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya kurang bagus, mba2 bagian screeningnya kurang responsif, sy tanya malah didiemin aja, smp nunggu 2 jam di kursi padahal mau pcr, badan gemeteran, antrian nya ngga teratur, panas dan lama, tp satpam nya ramah bagus, tolong diperbaiki lg sistemnya
The service is not good, ladies and gentlemen, the screening section is not responsive, I asked and just stayed silent, until I waited 2 hours on the chair even though I wanted to PC, the body was shaking, the queue was irregular, hot and long, but the security guard was friendly and nice, please fix the system again

makanan nya gak enak sama sekali. lambat tidak dapat minum air putis . di kasih cuma satu gelas. buruk sekali

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru aja ke rumah sakit ini ke THT, dokternya sedikit kasar nanganinya (buru" juga),Waktu kuping kiri mau di bersihin dia nyolok kenceng banget bilangnya baru disentuh,tai lah,kuping gua jadi sakit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk pelayanan kepada pasien kurang ramah dan kurang sopan terutama dibagian laboratorium. Untuk bagian pendaftaran nya tolong lebih teliti lagi untuk pencetakan lebel nama agar tidak terjadi kesalahan nama dalam pencetakan nama . ???
Untuk bagian security nya sangat ramah dan sopan banget, beda sekalian dengan bagian pelayanannya sangat tidak sopan dan tidak ramah.
Apa bgtu cara pelayanan yg baik ? Apakah begtu cara membuat pasien nyaman?

For the security section, the staff is very friendly and very polite, it's different from the service section which is very impolite and unfriendly.
