Petugas loket pendaftarannya kebanyakan ngobrol, ketawa", pdhl didepan pasien yg sedang dilayani. Petugas loket tidak melayani dengan niat, buruk skli. Petugas yg lain baik. Cuma ptgs loketnya aja yg bermasalah.
The registration counter clerk was mostly chatting, laughing, "even in front of the patient who was being served. The counter clerk did not serve with bad intentions. The other officers are good. Only the ptgs at the counter are the problem.

Dr. Ramli, dokter umum di igd, dokter paling nggak masuk akal dalam memberikan surat keterangan sakit. Sakit panas tinggi hingga 39,5 derajat celcius mual dan muntah. Diberi surt izin tidak masuk hingga tanggal 19 januari, padahal periksanya dan memberi surat izinya tanggal 19 januari pukul 20.00 wib. :) kita beri penjelasan baik2 untuk diganti hingga tanggal 20 januari tidak mau sama sekali. Nggak lagi ke rsud kemayoran. Sehingga logikanya surat keterangan sakitnya cuman berlaku jam 20.00 - 00.00 (cuman 4 jam) tanggal 19, sama saja seperti tidak memberikan surat keterangan sakit. Ketika saya tanya, jadi ini cumam berlaku sampai tengah malam dok suratnya? Dokternya bilang "iya, peraturanya gitu" huee peraturan macem apaaa??!!
Dr. Ramli, a general practitioner at igd, is the most absurd doctor in giving a sick certificate. High heat pain up to 39.5 degrees Celsius nausea and vomiting. The permission was not given until January 19, even though the inspection and gave the permission letter on January 19 at 20:00 WIB. :) we give a good explanation to be replaced until the 20th of January does not want at all. No more going to Kemudoran Hospital. So logically, the sick certificate only applies at 20:00 - 00:00 (only 4 hours) on the 19th, the same as not giving a sick certificate. When I ask, is this going to last until midnight on the dock? The doctor said "yes, the rules like that" huee what kind of rules ?? !!

Ibu saya sakit... udah batuk2 gk kuat berdiri nunggu dokter periksa 2 jam ditanya2 aja... Hbis itu nunggu 2 jam buat rontgen dan ambil darah... Kemudian tunggu 3 jam untuk swab... Kondisi ibu sya gk bisa duduk dan bangun terlalu lama dokternya bilang ya udah klo mau tiduran di ruang pasien covid... ngaco gak itu??? 2 hari kemudian hasil swab ibu sya dinyatakan positif... dri pihak rsud cuma memberitahun saja tapi tidak ada penanganan... kelewatan bgt... nyuruh koordinasi aja ama puskes... Padahal pas di wisma dokter dinwisma bilang... harusnya udah di tangani di rsud dlu jangan nunggu2 waktu gitu... lah gimana gk nunggu waktu klo dokter penanganan di rsud kemayoran parah bgt... cuma bolak balik ngobrol aja kerjaan nya... asli Parah... semoga bisa lebih baik kedepan nya... kasian nyawa orang klo bgtu terus. Nlfon ke rsud ini aja malah sengaja di tolaj telfon nya. Huuuu parahggg
My mother is sick ... I can't stand coughing and I can't stand waiting for the doctor to check for 2 hours ... Hbis waited for 2 hours for X-rays and took blood ... Then wait 3 hours for the swab ... My mother's condition can't sit and wake up for too long the doctor said yes if you want to lie down in the covid patient room ... is that wrong ??? 2 days later, my mother's swab result was stated positive ... from the RSUD only gave the year but there was no treatment ... it was too much ... just asked to coordinate with the puskesmas ... Even though when at the homestead the doctor said ... it should have been handled at the hospital first, don't wait for that time ... how about waiting for the time when the doctor handling at the Kemayoran Hospital is really bad ... just going back and forth to talk about the work ... original Worse ... I hope it will be better in the future ... sorry for the lives of people if it continues. I just called to this hospital instead of being deliberately called. Huuuu parahggg

Rumah sakitnya terletak di belakang kantor kecamatan Kemayoran, berdampingan dengan pasar serdang. Ramai pengunjungnya, kalau pagi2 penuh banget susah kesana karena dekat pasar. Harganya murah, tapi antriannya cukup panjang. Yang sabar aja ya
The hospital is located behind the Kemayoran sub-district office, adjacent to the Serdang market. Crowded with visitors, if the morning is full it is really hard to get there because it is near the market. The price is cheap, but the queue is quite long. Just be patient

Hi pemerintah tolong pekerjaan orang yang ingin bekerja dengan sungguh" dan jangan pekerjaan orang yang meremehkan nyawa pasien kakak saya melahirkan disini anaknya hampir meninggal dikarenakan pelayanan yang tidak baik tidak sigap Saya mohon untuk lakukan observasi terhadap karyawan" petugas dan perawat dikarenakan nyawa manusia hampir melayang dan sangat tidak bertanggung jawab !!!
Hi government, please do the work of people who want to work seriously "and don't do the work of people who underestimate the lives of patients, my sister gave birth here, her child almost died because of bad service, not alert I beg you to observe the officers and nurses because human lives have almost been lost and are very irresponsible!!!

Pelayanan dokter gigi nya bagus melayani dengan baik dan sopan tapi pelayanan awal dari pendaftaran resepsionis nya judes judes,klo yg cewek

Saya kecewa pelayannnya,, td saya ambil darah sore sekitar jam 5,, sy tunjukan apa saja yg hrs d cek,, jls2 tertera cek darah lengkap,, hrsnya sebagai perawat tau apa itu darah lengkap!!!! Knp anda teledor sekali mba!! Sy org kesehatan jg ya jgn dikira sy ga paham,, sy sudah tekakankan berkali kali, ad cek darah lengkap ya mba,, mba nya hanya mengganngguk, entah dia mengerti atau tidak!! Apa pantas seperti tu,, pelayanannya lama d persulit,, sya pasien yg byr ya bkn pasien gratis,, bisa sy ajukan komplen krn keteledoran anda!! Bahkan dokter sy pun marah tau hal ini!! Knp ceroboh sekali,, ni kan nyawa anak sy bkn nyawa anda!

Why are you so careless mba!! Parah banget perawat yang jaga di ruang ranap. Mentang-mentang kartu penjaga beda nama orang disuruh nunggu diluar. Padahal udh malem, mau gantian jaga. Ini malah disuruh nunggu diluar. Mikir gak sih??????
