★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mbak² teler yg bagian pencairan BPJS Ketenaga kerjaan di lantai 2 pelayanannya kurang baik karna memberikan informasi yg kurang jelas dan lengkap.
Jadi hari ini saya tidak bisa pencairan dan lusa harus kembali lagi kesana untuk pencairan BPJS.
Ma'am stoned by the disbursement section of BPJS Employment on the 2nd floor is poor service because it provides unclear and complete information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya payah ,ngerjain orang ,ngga mikir apa dia. waktu orang cuman utk dpet antrian nunggu 1 jam n d tambah nunggu 1 jam lgi utk pelayanannya, mang nasabah ngga punya kesibukan apa. Jauh dteng2 buang2 bensin ma tenaga aj .layanin dong nasabah dengan baik
Poor service, working on people, I don't think what he is. when people only get to queue waiting for 1 hour and waiting for another 1 hour for service, the customer does not have anything to do. Far away, I waste gasoline and I can serve my customers well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katanya pengambilan antrian bpjs jam 2 malem tp kok security lom kelihatan ya ..udh nunggu setengah jam ..huu pak belajar tepat waktu lah ..kalo malem ya malem kalo pagi ya pagi
They said that the bpjs queue was taken at 2 pm but how come the security didn't show up... I've been waiting for half an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ siang siang dateng kesini. mau menanyakan apakah rek masih aktif atau tidak. krn sudah hampir 1 thn saldo 0. pas dateng sepi. jd ga ngantri. dan langsung di layani. ruangan sejuk. pak satpam ramah, tapi pak CS ga ada senyum dan nada suara nya datar. ?.
noon come here. want to ask if the account is still active or not. because it's almost 1 year the balance is 0. when it comes it's quiet. so no queue. and served immediately. cool room. the security guard is friendly, but CS doesn't smile and his voice is flat. .

Mohon perbaiki lg pelayanannya.
Beda banget sama bank2 yg lain.
Queuing for customer service from 8:40 to 10:45 haven't been called yet...
Please improve the service again.
Very different from other banks.
