★ ★ ★ ★ ★ aneh kata satpamnya memperbaiki data di bni celeungsi bisa,tapi setelah antri nunggu berjam jam,kata cs nya g bisa,harus dateng k kantor cabang di mana kita bikin atm nya,
 strange said the security guard could fix the data at BNI celeungsi, but after waiting in line for hours, the cs said it couldn't, had to come to the branch office where we made the atm,

padahal datang hari rabu masa buat kamis,jumat juga penuh ada apa ini dengan semirity,,
kalo mau adil mah jgn gitu caranya berarti kalo gitu mah ada apa2nya ga mungkin bisa pesen hari kalo ga ada uang rokonya mah?
pelayanan di luar aja udah kaya gitu apalagi di dalem?♂️
cerita tadi pagi jumat 15/10/2021 temen dateng 4orang bisa nulis buat pesen hari senin cuma pake pelicin doang.
giliran di samperin aja ngelak padahal jelas2 temen satu kerjaan ngomong dan senin udah dapet antrian.

the story this morning Friday 15/10/2021 friends came 4 people can write for Monday messages only using a lubricant.
It's my turn to avoid it even though it's clear that one of my friends at work is talking and on Monday there's already a queue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antrian terlalu lama... Banyak yang tidak menggunakan nomer antrian disaat yang lain mengambil nomer antrian.... Kurang cepat untuk CS nya...
Untuk teller nya cepat pakai banget...setoran menabung cepat...
The queue is too long... Many don't use the queue number while others take the queue number.... Not fast enough for their CS...
For the teller, it's really quick to use... fast savings deposits...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lama banget cs nya,banyak ngobrol gak jelas sama nasabah,bikin tambah lama. Ambil antrian dari jam 7 tetap saja sampe jam 12siang.mudah2an ada perbaikan di BNI
The cs are really long, they don't talk clearly with customers, it takes longer. Take the queue from 7 o'clock still until 12 noon. Hopefully there will be repairs at BNI
