 I don't know what the reason is ... His ministry was very long. making a new ATM card until almost 1 hour of waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ berhubung pas kesana ke cs gk antri jd langsung bisa buka rek , tapiiiiiiii mau sekalian bikin mbanking kata nya no hp udh di daftarin tapi meneketehek , bilangnya jaringan eror coba trus dirumah ,yg ada belum didaftarin no nya , sampek ujan duit jg kga bakal bisa bosss
because when I get there to CS, I don't queue up so I can immediately open my account, but I want to make a bank account, the word is the cellphone number has been registered but is trying, saying the network is error, try it at home, the number has not been registered, until the money test will not be possible bosss

Sama satu lagi, sdh tau serentak untuk penggantian kartu, tapi malah kartunya habis ga prepare amat, sudah nunggu selama 3jam tapi hasilnya zonk
Bad service. Yes, the bank doesn't have cs. If it's not there, then recruit new people, so there's no reason why you can't just open banking. bri so disappointing!!!
Same thing again, I already know at the same time to replace the card, but even the card runs out, it's not very prepared, I've been waiting for 3 hours but the result is slow

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3x dateng dari pagi2 buta, selalu kalah tiap mau ambil no antrian yang pake sistem begajulan siapa cepat dia dapat itu, udah 2021 masih aja gaada budaya antri. Malu sama cabang lain yang walaupun kecil tapi masih ada kejelasan sistemnya walau lewat absen tulis tangan.
Ditawarin ambil nomer sama yang kenal satpam tapi disuruh kasih uang rokok, ooh begitu toh pantes kuota nomer selalu sedikit ternyata udah dibook duluan :)
Came 3x early in the morning, always lost every time I wanted to take the queue number that used the begajulan system, first get it, it's already 2021, there's still no queuing culture. Shame on the other branches, although they are small, the system still has clarity, even though it's not written by hand.
It was offered to take the same number who knew the security guard but was told to give cigarette money, oh well, anyway, the number quota is always small, it turns out it was already booked :)
