2x saya kesini datang dr pagi cuma nomer 13 aja sudah set 12 belum kepanggil.
Buang buang waktu.
Cuma buat blokiran harus ke cabang, pdhl bank lain bisa lewat tlp .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CS management amburadul antri dr jam 12.30 ampe tutup. CS nya kurang gesit gak kayak bank bank lain. Amsyong ngalamjn nya jangan spai setor ke teller sm hub sm CS antri luar biasa dr dtg sehat ampe sakit dibuatnya krn kelmaan nunggu. Hati2 jngn ampe hilang deh tuh kartu bisa berabe.lama.banget ngantri nya.
CS management is chaotic queuing from 12.30 to closing. CS is not agile like other banks. Amsyong the experience is that you don't have to pay it to the teller, sm the CS hub, the queue is extraordinary, from coming healthy to sick, he made it because he waited too long. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kali ke bank CIMB Niaga cabang ini, kesannya oke kok overall. Satpam ramah, komunikatif bisa memberikan arahan dengan jelas. Pelayayanan customer service juga oke, baik, sabar, ramah sesuai dengan sop. Kalo yg mau kesini jangan ragu karena rattingnya jelek. Mungkin yg ngasih ratting jelek mereka yg engga sabar nunggu administrasi dan belum lengkap berkas2nya. Ya kali mau cepet2, semua juga kan butuh proses loading.

dapet no antrian yg ke20 tpi segitu lamanya.
