★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just arrived at Soekarno Hatta international airport with some luggages but very surprises once we see signed no trolley allowed to cross the road to push our luggages approach to the taxi area. Then porter boys offered to help but we refuse because we need to minimize numbers of people to contact our luggages during pandemic. We feel the airport far from user friendly with current service especially for woman carrying more than 2 luggages. The authority shall though how to serve better for users. Thank you.
