★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan yang diberikan oleh BBKIPM Jakarta I antara lain pelayanan sertifikasi ekspor, sertifikasi impor, sertifikasi domestik masuk, sertifikasi keluar (tidak bersyarat), sertifikasi domestik keluar (bersyarat), sertifikasi kelayakan Instalasi Karantina Ikan (IKI) milik perorangan/badan hukum, sertifikasi cara karantina ikan yang baik (CKIB) di IKI serta sertifikasi sistem jaminan mutu dan kemanan hasil perikanan berdasarkan konsepsi HACCP (hazard analysis critical control points).
Janji pelayanan BBKIPM Jakarta I yang pertama berkomitmen penuh untuk memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat secara profesional: Pelayanan sertifikasi ekspor negara bersyarat non ILI (in line inspection) dan domestik keluar, maksimal 5 hari.
Pelayanan sertifikasi ekspor program ILI, maksimal 1 hari,
Pelayanan sertifikasi pelepasan impor, maksimal 7 hari,
Pelayanan sertifikasi pelepasan domestik masuk maksimal 2,5 jam.

Jadi jika prosesnya ada yang tertunda dan lain sebagainya mohon dipahami karena ini terkait dengan hama dan penyakit ikan karantina jika terlewat dampaknya bisa fatal.
