★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udah bbrpa kali kesini dari cuma tanya2 dulu karena ga ngerti apa2, Sampe akhirnya ngurus expor kucing sendiri ikut pindah. Petugasnya ramah2 semua.
I've been here several times, from just asking questions first because I didn't understand anything, until finally taking care of exporting the cats themselves moved too. The officers are all friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selalu lama dlm pengisian data walaupun udh melalui iqfast. Orang yg dtg blkgn bisa selesai lebih awal. Logikanya jika udh sering kirim sudah ada data record di database mereka tpi selalu lama seolah proses data baru. Data sudah lengkap pun pelayanan sangat amat menyedihkan. Mungkin ini salah satu instansi pemerintah terburuk dalam pelayanan publik. Ciri khas pelayanan publik di Indonesia : Kalau bisa dibuat susah kenapa tidak?
Always a long time in charging data even though I have already gone through iqfast. People who can't be finished earlier. The logic is that if you often send data records in their databases, they always take a long time, as if processing new data. The data is complete even the service is very very sad. Perhaps this is one of the worst government agencies in public service. Characteristic of public service in Indonesia: If it can be made difficult why not?
