★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya lama, swaktu saya antri bnyak nasabah tpi konter yg buka cuma satu so sya hrus mnunggu 2 lbih tpi blm jga dilayani urusan saya padahal untuk menuju nomor antrian saya cma 3 nasabah dan pelayanannya lemot satu nasabah satu jam
The service is long, when I queued up a lot of customers, but the counter is open only one so I have to wait 2 more, but my business hasn't been served yet even though to get to my queue number, I cma 3 customers and the service is slow for one customer one hour

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak adil pelayanannya,kalau aparat & bos2 yg berdasi selalu di dahulukan,sedangkan orang biasa sprti saya suruh ngantri mana lama jasa.sudah 1jam1/2 blom juga di panggil,tanya ke security kemungkinan 1 jam lagi baru di panggil. & Akhirnya gue putuskan cari bank lain aja lah.pelayanan pilih kasih.
The service is unfair, if the apparatus & bosses who have ties are always prioritized, while ordinary people like me tell them to queue for the length of service. After 1 hour 1/2 have not been called, ask security for a chance to call in 1 hour. & Finally I decided to just look for another bank. Favoritism.
