★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telpon susah dihub,CS yg menangani customer by phone kurang menguasai database client,shgga pas disuruh tggu saat pengecekan sangat lama,dmana biaya yg dibayarkan tdk sbanding dgn pelayanannya,smoga kedepannya bsa lbh diedukasi lg CSnya
Calls are difficult to call, the CS who handles customers by phone doesn't have enough control over the client database, so when told to wait when checking is very long, where the fees paid are not commensurate with the service, hopefully in the future the CS can be educated more
