★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tadi pagi kesini untuk swab antigen utk berangkat menggunakan pesawat siangnya. Tidak ada antrian, proses lancar, petugas ramah. Namun masalah baru timbul saat di bandara... hasil swab tidak muncul di aplikasi. Saat di telpon berkali kali, tidak ada yang menjawab. Setelah hampir putus asa, akhirnya dijawab, dan disuruh tunggu 10 menitan lagi... akhirnya muncul hasilnya. Sejujurnya kecewa, karena kita dibuat repot di bandara karena hasil swab tidak langsung masuk!!!
This morning I came here for an antigen swab to go by plane in the afternoon. No queues, smooth process, friendly staff. But a new problem arose at the airport... the swab results didn't show up in the app. When called several times, no one answered. After almost desperate, finally answered, and told to wait another 10 minutes ... finally the results appear. Honestly disappointed, because we were bothered at the airport because the swab results didn't come straight in!!!

Nice to have a swab test here. The officers are fast, friendly and professional while consulting. Especially when it comes to flights, the officers there want to consult. Affordable prices. More trust because of the hospital label and guaranteed and affiliated with the government.
