Call center not helping at all (cant even reach them)
Half day service for corporate customer (the hell?)
Not all Prodia provide direct invoice to corporation (only in this area) not like promised all Prodia could provide facilitiea direct invoice to corporation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Checkup time was so fast but waiting customer service call our number queue was just soooo long. The place clean but they should consider the waiting room capacity with the people inside because it’s pandemic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow service. You have to wait for hours. I took 2 hours for me to register myself. They should increase the number of counters. However, the staff are quite helpful. Best is to go late after 10 am.
