★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru kali ini sejak saya langganan di prodia,,Hasil tidak sesuai estimasi pengambilan yg tercatat di bukti pembayaran.. sampai harus telepon ke call center di urgentkan hasilnya.. klo tidak bisa tepat waktu hasilnya jangan memberikan keterangan ambil hasil tanggal dan jamnya detail di kwitansi..tapi kenyataannya nihil.. mohon diperbaiki kembali management waktunya...
 This is the first time since I subscribed to Prodia,, The results do not match the estimated collection recorded on the proof of payment.. Until I have to call the call center, the results are urgent. ..but in reality nothing.. please fix the time management again...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat nyaman, bagian pendaftaran ramah, EKG, Rontgen, USG oke, tapi semua kelibas ama bagian counter ambil hasil yg namanya xxxxxxxxx permatasari Udah jutek, salah ngasih hasil punya org, sekalinya dibantu dikembaliin lagi bukannya bilang maaf dan makasih malah cuek watados banget.
Comfortable place, friendly registration section, EKG, X-rays, ultrasound okay, but all of them flicker and the counter takes the results whose name is xxxxxxxxx Permatasari It's been a bitch, I gave the wrong person the results, once helped, returned it instead of saying sorry and thank you, it's really cool watados.

Prodia is on the Kramat highway, the place is on the side of the road. There is a laboratory with complete testing. Open from the morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to reach either by private vehicle or public transportation. The parking lots are more than adequate. There is a busway stop in front of the lab. Expect a long queue, unless you visit at early morning at 06.30 AM or 11.00 AM.
