 The services of the nurse and the administrative staff are friendly and prompt. The place is clean.. For the doctor it's good but maybe because I got a doctor who is a bit old.. a little fierce and also tends to scare..
But the service is still professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dari dulu klo berobat, baik ke umum, bidan KIA atau ke gigi lebih senang kesini. Selain penanganannya cepat, suster n dokternya juga ramah2 apalagi buat penggunaan BPJS gk ada perbedaan pelayanan. Semua sama baik yg berbayar atau yg tidak. Cuma sayang untuk klinik bersalin nya belum ada, padahal dulu saya lahir di RS caroulus dengan bantuan bidan, n sampai anak kedua juga disini. Semoga dapat segera dibuka tuk klinik bersalin nya yah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited for a dental visit. The clinic is owned by the St. Carolus Hospital. It was clean, well managed, and the equipments were all mostly new. The registration process is mostly manual, even if you are an insurance patient. The staffs were quite friendly, though not as friendly as the hospital. My dentist was also great, she offered clear explanation and great service although while casually chatting with the nurse.
