β β β β β A regular. Consistently good work and service. The place is small but just cozy enough. Make sure you ask for an experienced manicurist (Risa, Anis, Nani to name a few) as there are who are still in training that don't necessarily do a very good job.

I love the products they use. I used to have my nails done in Senayan city and the gel was peeling off after a week. Since I found Princess Nails am so happy my gel polish lasts longer.

β β β β β Princess Nail salon is located at the basement level of Pacific Place. I got the gel mani and pedi promo (550k RP) and paid extra for designs. After a consultation, the manicurist and I came up with a design perfect for Spring. I'm very happy with it.
I wish I caught the names of the nail technicians. Both were very helpful, talented and thorough with their work. They consistently made sure I was happy with the service.
Overall I had a very good experience. The only reason I'm giving the salon 4 instead of 5 stars was the uncomfortable seating. It's not a deal breaker so I'd certainly go back.
Tip: Make an appointment. This nail salon is consistently busy.
