★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will definitely return to this place. Love the eyelash extension result and the manicure. The ambience is also cozy and comfortable. The cashier is not very helpful, though. I went there because i saw the promotion package for eyelash and manicure. But i have to pay normal price (Rp 500.000,- more expensive) for the exact same treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely pleased and impressed by the service! Did my lash on friday and due to a miscommunication, i had the soft volume done instead of single lash that i wanted. Due to pressed time, i had to leave in a hurry and could only voice my concern over whatsapp.
The management was quick in responding and offered a complete redo for me. Due to unavailability of slot on Saturday (they were fully booked) i was offered a slot on sunday which i took. I came by on Sunday and my previous therapist was patiently waiting to redo my lash for me. She was all smiles and happy to make sure i was happy and satisfied (i was half expecting her to be upset) which left me very impressed.
Upon leaving, she offered me a new card that wrote down the design which was what i wanted and management also offered me a discount for my next visit (as i paid more than what i was supposed to for the single lash service that i wanted).
Overall, there i have to say I’m more than impressed at the service and the attitude of the staff, therapist and management at dandelion. There may be lots of other nail/lash salons around. But they have to be the best one in terms of both workmanship and service! Highly recommend! You wont regret coming here cos i for sure don’t!
