★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made a reservation at 5.15pm. When i made my reservation by phone, I specifically request my treatments.
I arrived on time and saw all the therapists have been gathering in the front side of the store. No one greeted me. I was not told who is the therapist that has been assigned to do my manicure pedicure and gel remove. If i had not asked where to sit and who has been assigned to do all my treatments they would have just chit chat. I know this sounds weird but that was what happened.
I came straight from the airport so i had my luggage with me. One of the therapist asked me to carry my luggage inside the store without offering help.
I normally come here and I normally liked the services. But not to day!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is clean, no tv and music. The staffs are very friendly and attentive. There are tons of colors to choose from , the result were perfect. I received light hand message too, but the prices are little bit expensive. It costs Rp 350.000 for manicure and gel polish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their gel coloring is very good! Been here twice for gel and both are great. Did basic manicure and pedicure as well, a bit more expensive than gel. Gel coloring is much more worth the price than manicure or pedicure

I got combo manicure and pedicure package, you get a hand and foot massage, if you don't wish to get your nail polished, you can get nail vitamin with no extra charges! Definitely will come back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, staffs are very well skilled, efficient, helpful and very friendly. 100% recommended, even tho place is small but cleanliness is well maintained. Will definitely come back! Membership is free, each IDR 180k, you'll get 1 point and after 6 points you can redeem for free treatment or 50% gel discount.
