★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a reguler to come here. And I always applied as member who will pay upfront for A YEAR SERVICE. But due to Covid-19 they close for the scrub and spa service. I understand they struggle for covid BUT PLEASE INFORM ABOUT MY MEMBERSHIP STATUS WHO ALREADY BEING PAID UPFRONT.
I was angry because they just put the unprofessional CS to handle my complaint. AT LEAST GIVE EMAIL OR WA INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR MEMBER WHO ALREADY PAID UPFRONT FOR THE SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd give their "mandi korea" treatment 5 stars on weekdays and 2 stars on weekends. I guess because the queue gets quiet long on the weekend, the therapist didn't pay much attention as they usually do on weekdays when the queue is not long

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very authentic Korean spa in South Jakarta unlike any other spa in Jakarta. They use rough clothe to cleanse your body. You will really feel the Korean atmosphere there. There's also a salon and restaurant in front.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service!! I tried Beauty Care package on weekend (no need reservation). Got face massage, hand & foot massage, back massage, cucumber face mask, and sunblock.. Definitely will come back to try sauna package

Tried luluran korean style. It was marvelous. The stages are shower-sauna-massage n exfoliating. For luluran you get to choose what flavors desired such as, honey, coffee n cucumber. We chose coffee flavor, apparently they mix with milk for scrubbing. A nice experience. In result skin feels so smooth untuk few days later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good scrubbing session. The price for basic package is 180K (already included the scrub and milk). You can pay extra for cucumbers, honey, of coffee. Giving tips is strongly recommended. You need to write down how much tips you are going to give in front of the therapist and pay it at the cashier.
