This hospital has conducted several Pfizer free vaccinations (as part of Government program to fight Covid 19) with full support from the hospital manqgement by assigning their best specialist doctors (not General Practitioners nor nurses) to conduct vaccination with support of their very professional health workers and administrative support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good administration process and friendly staff, but too bad I need to give a 1 star rating due to bad experience with one of the doctor here. I registered my mother, 60+ y/o with hypertension, for a cataract surgery. As usual we went through the usual pre-op flow where we need to seek internist approval first with the reference from our eye doctor. No issues with our internist, despite having 3 appointments due to unstable BP. What I'm disappointed with, I was a bit taken a back when our eye doctor refused to do the surgery due to my mother's unstable BP, even though we managed to stabilize it in the last a week before the appointment. If the doctor is reluctant to operate patient with hypertension, then why weren't we informed on the first appointment? I'm sorry to say, but we felt extorted there, we spent quiet a lot only to be informed that by the end of the day my mother can't get operated and had to seek another doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big hospital and complete. The Doctors and staffs are very welcome and professional. I take Medical check up at this hospital.
Nice building concept, it has small garden on the center of building as waiting room.
This hospital is clean and elegant, for it the price is high. But this hospital is always full of patient. You need to make call first to get registrate and entry.
The parking is large and easy to access.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good doctor but terrible administration process. I wait almost 1.5 hours just for medicines. I got cov19, headache is killing me. Please for Bintaro Premier, improve your administration procedures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is my second time visit premier bintaro. Slow administration process, lack of coordination, I only need PCR swab for medical treatment requirement and took 2 hours for administration process ONLY.
eventho swab test and doctor was good but still the experience of staff and administration are very disappointing
