★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed!! Came twice to this hospital to most famous internist from this hospital but got no result at all. At first came to him to consult on my wife's autoimmune, I brought her pervious ANA profile test result and my wife told him that she has overfatigue symptoms due to this billiary problems. I asked him whether she can get covid vaccine with this condition. He asked my wife to undergo another ANA profile test (again! and it's cost alot and incoverable by insurance) and asked us to come back again one week later. After the newest ANA profile test result came out, I went back to this doctor, and I was flabbergasted he just referred my wife to another doctor... he didn't gave any explanation or reading on the test result. If he thought he couldn't handle my wife's autoimmune, why he's asking us to take the result and back to him again at the first place? only just to know that he referred us to another doctor? Everytime we went to this hospital we had to wait all day, me and my wife had to take day off only for this appointments.. It cost alot of money, energy and time each time we went there.. but in the end we got nothing... only got a referral letter... Dumbfounded that my money just went to the gutter because of this useless appointments...

The doctors are approachable, attentive, and willing to explain in great details. I also have no doubts that the hospital is supported by state of the arts medical equipments. A big plus! The staff and nurses are gracious and friendly. However, the administrative process is either horrible or simply unacceptable!
We had a minor treatment in early Saturday morning. After the treatment, the patient is supposed to rest for one hour max and then can be discharged. We have not been discharged after nearly 3 hours. When we asked, the nurse station informed that it was waiting for the billing department to finalize the billing calculation (I was actually amazed that a simple hospital billing can not be completed in three hours!). Then, when we were chasing the Billing Department, we were told that the nurse station has not confirmed all items used in the treatment; only then, after a simple call between these two departments, the matter was settled in less than 10 minutes! We could have waited even longer if we did not “proactively” chase the related departments. In total we eventually have waited for 3.5 hours for the bills which could have been produced in less than 20 minutes. So much for the professionalism of the individuals. The Heads of the Billing department and nurse station must be made accountable.
Our request to see the Head of Billing Department has not been fulfilled since person in charge is off on weekends. There was no deputy.
I was rather pleased with this hospital earlier but due to this incident, I will have to take-off two stars.
(Note: if you skim thru the reviews below, there have been many adverse and negative comments on the hospital administration process. Something worth a real thought before choosing this hospital and useful inputs for the hospital’s management).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not come in weekend .. it is very crowded .. and the waiting time is very bad ..
But for overall, the facility is good .. cozy and spacious waiting room and wide parking area .. they have Starbuck, alfaxpress, puyo and restaurant..
Location is easy to find, very easy access ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bad service and long time to take drive thru PCR/Antige at Eka Hospital. There are 5-7 staff, seem they are working very SILO. you will be asked to fulfill your personal data 2 times, at registration and swab test step. (no integration), it make long time.. The swab tester staff is only 1-2 person and registration staff is 4-5 staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The standard plus room has no water, refrigerator, or even working wifi only bed, cupboard, TV and mattress. They disclaim it at front what is inside the room so there is no complaint, but for 900k this feature is same as 300k. The good thing are the doctors and nurses are great and very skilful but management is abysmal..

unfortunately in the laboratory I waited quite a long time. information about queue numbers is also less clear. the queue monitor does not show the currently running queue. so many patients have to ask their turn to the counter.

The staff who deserve get 5 stars rating only plaza lobby security and puyos employee. The rest of them is horrible! Made appointment via phone call is useless. And need very long time only for registration, it takes 1 hour and half! I didn’t feel any good hospitality from registration staff, the nurse of pediatric is unprofessional at all, there no one at the nurse station
, so i'm confused for what i have to do. And the doctor is the worst. After waiting a long time for registration, we only got around 5 minutes in the doctor room. No screening about my baby health, he didn't give me a chance to consult about my daughter. just inject the vaccine and that's it. Impolite and unprofessional doctor ever!
