the service was very very slow especially in the night. asked for nurse help and they said later after medicine distibution. waited for more than an hour and they didn't come to help at all! literally they only came to turn off the bell but didn't help us at all! It happened more than a week! They also didn't check / control the infusion until the blood came up.

How could I give 1 star review even haven’t visited this place yet? Simple: hospital refers to HOSPITALITY business, putting your patient at the centre of your daily job. Having initial interaction through registration phase is disappointing. We scheduled a doctor appointment through their web at Sat 1PM. We made the appointment 4 days in advance and it was confirmed by the system. At the appointment day 11.09 AM the hospital (customer care) called, confirming that there was schedule change, the doctor just available 11AM-12PM, and asking whether we’d like to cancel or reschedule (wait, what?! How come you just called me at 11AM on the appointment date then??), she said she just been informed by the nurse and connect us with the nurse. Ok now the nurse. Reason is same - doctor schedule has been changed before - yet the IT guy hasnt reflect the schedule in the web - She said she has called at approx 10AM yet unanswered. In which it’s untrue since the call history stated she called at 11.03 - and unfortunately the doctor couldn’t wait until 12PM since he has appointment at other hospital For us as patient, all of these reflecting poor customer service mindset - no one really take the responsibility: CS kinda say β€œits from the nurse”, the nurse said β€œits because of the IT guy”. Guys, you are one entity, and tbh thats your internal messed up. - no prior check. We have scheduled 4 days before, why no one check that our confirmed schedule doesnt fit with the new doctor schedule? If you check 1 day before, there is stil opportunity to rearrange everything. - no solution. Instead, don’t call your patient exactly at the new appointment hour offering whether we’d like to cancel or reschedule - that’s NOT a solution tho. The nurse just call the doctor asking whether he could wait until 12.15 just because I request it. - If you are not ready going digital by receiving online appointment, don’t use it please. - By saying your apologies and β€œwe will improve next” - it’s also a commitment. Pls do maintain your current doctor schedule in the web, please do advance check for your patient schedule, please think also from your patient perspective. Overall, this registration phase is disappointing. Hopefully their actual service is way much better than this. Disclaimer: all respect to all medical workers. My comment here purely about the system and the customer service mindset. Thank you.

This hospital has plenty of experienced & dedicated doctors. That's the most important aspect I look for in a hospital.

- Less coordination between specialist poli and UGD. If you use insurance, you should inform that in every step you have in this hospital, no smooth flowing information. - The doctor asked for test lab all item and turned out to get still unclear result. - The waiting time was still long, especially for the insurance confirmation process. And with the result I still had to pay by myself. Not worth the expensive rate.

The hospital is good but the procedure is pretty bad, my dad died cause of the doctor's actions that so slow and came not sincere (like just come for a while and then go) When my dad had a seizure and I shouted for the doctor, the doctor just appeared. I regret enough bringing to this place ?

I like Soto Kudus, Ayam Bakar, Somai, gado-gado, Mie kankung are ? yummy and the price is so friendly. I don't need go out side the Hospital to have my lunch or snak time. I like it very much

Doctor is very nice. But the service is very very very very bad!! Small parking area.. the employees are very verg slow.. after checked by the doctor, I had to wait almost 3 hours until I got the medicines (after I followed up many times).. Will never never never ever recommend this hospital to friend and will never do check up here again.. wasting time..

Review for a patient that stay for 3 weeks. The Nurse and Doctors are very friendly and informative about explaining my sickness, the cleaning team are very good overall is good experience. What need to improve immediately is the room service delivery time (it takes me 1,5 hours just to wait my fried rice and most of the menu is not available), Wifi is also terrible i never use the connection since the first day I stayed here for the last 3 weeks
