Need to be patience when trying to contact them by phone.
Their working hours is 09:30 until 14:00(last schedule for cremation).
Office and Clinic open until 16:00 if not wrong

Lots of cats and dogs fostered here, BUT PLEASE DO NOT DUMP/LEAVE YOUR CATS AND DOGS HERE as they are at maximum capacity already.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ for small pet, cremation fee 300rb. the guy who does the job might ask for "uang rokok". just treat it as donation :) they're helpful people. they also have graveyard for pets but I'm not sure about the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staffs and nice doctor. Unfortunately they couldn't figure out what happen to my cat. They just told me to feed my cat with vitamins and see what happen in days. I found out via google my cat has neurological disorder and not sure why ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pondok Pengayom Satwa is manage by goverment and veterinarian association. The place might not be fancy or modern but quite okay compare to some animal shelter.
The idea is to provide one stop solution for your pet. Clinic, pet boarding, adoption center, burial/cremation and pet bath. Stray cat and dog that are collected by Animal Services in Social Agency are sheltered here. For those who wants to adopt, you can come by and meet the pet that looking for forever home. There are some fee that applied for adoption.
They also need for volunteer to help them to feed, clean the cage or anything that you can support.
