★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice block of veterinary for pets like cat and dog. Quite cozy for the pet owner to wait in the waiting room for their pet to be checked later. It has 2 stairs where the upper is the place to store meds and overnight pet. Not only for vets but they sell many accessories for the pet. This place has many veterinary and they have two rooms to check the pet. Overall great services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought one adult dog and one puppy to this place. I knew the queue was supposed to be long but this? I brought 2 dogs and one of them was a 2 month old puppy, which is risky. We waited until my sibling told me to wait in the car. My pup had trouble breathing cause she caught a cold, her sneeze was severe and it was scaring me since she’s still 2 months old. And for them to risk another pet who might have the same urgency… I’m sorry but if you have a dog I don’t recommend this place, however I believe that they treat cats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st time here, brought 3 domestic cats cos they got eye problem. Nice and clean clinic, docter explain everything clearly but I was very unhappy with the assistant ??? PLEASE do it gently when you stick in the thermometer??? you HURT threm!!!! Hufff.. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The admini did not inform the process how the clinic is conducting the treatment, she just need owner and pet name for registration and operation hours as if first come first serve basis. We need to wait for 5 hours before to be called for treatment and need to wait for another hour due to Vet need to manage an emergency case. In total my pet stay in the cage for more than 6 hours with no meal and no drink due to stress level. the clinic good and the Vet very attentive but the admin staff not so helpful and understanding the client
