★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a loyal customer here for years. The vets handle sick dogs and cats quickly and in a professional manner, and provide thorough explanation without me having to ask for it. The clinic is comfortable, clean and has a friendly atmosphere. Not to mention, the price is competitive. Definitely a recommended clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought one of my cats here to undergo spaying surgery. Their equipment looks complete (or maybe it's just too complicated for me), and you can get free flow drinks while waiting.
cons : they gave us human antibiotics (imagine giving your cat drugs with orange taste..), I had better experience at another vet who gives me vet-only antibiotics suspension. Also, replies from the staff could be swifter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For pawrents that are truly loving your fur babies, this place is one of the finest place I can find in South Jakarta.
They will check up your baby before doing the vaccine if you're a new pawrents, to ensure that your small companion will be healthy enough for the treatment and not only just give them a shot.
Many also come for the grooming, pet hotel, as well as shop.
Although the variance in the shop might not the plenty, but it offers you what I could call a necessary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place itself easy to access and quite spacious. The staff are kind but unfortunately less responsive to the queue. Meanwhile, the Vet are good at her Job and quick to notice the health issue of my cat. She suggests the best care of my pet, whether its needed to inpatient while the store is out off operation during lebaran. And they updated the condition at morning and noon.
Price are average and they tell us the prediction before we decide to bring it home or took a room.
Payment 80% in advance for inpatient could use Debit/credit card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My go-to vet. As Petlove only received patient by appointment, it's a bit frustrating when you need urgent vet. However, it's also meant you don't have to queue for long, and the clinic never packed full (in the pandemic era, packed full places are scary sight). The doctors were very friendly and skillful, the admin and other staff were also very kind. I just wish someday they'll have 24-hour emergency clinic ?
