β β β β β It is very very expensive. The cleaning condition is very poor. It is an old building. Staff are friendly. You can get service 24 hours a day. There are too many mosquitoes.

β β β β β Unpredictable and beyond my expectations. It's more humane than human hospitals. Staffs hospitality, warm responses, and lovely efforts, made this place better than even clinics all around Jakarta area and its surroundings! I highly recommend this place for your beloved pets care,

β β β β β Pls note that they do not on 24hrs as mentioned in their website and no emergency service! I have no clue if its just temporary or not, nobody explain when i went there on 14th December 2021 at 6.20 am as my cat condition getting very weak and hard to breath. Nobody there can help and even the guy in entrence area said they open at 8 or 8.30.

β β β β β The doctor's I met are genuinely nice and the price is somewhat competitive (let's say compared to some doctors you find in Kemang).
HOWEVER.... once we left our dog there for an operation with several days recovery period, it was hard to get any useful information from service operators (they say they will call back, but then don't). And although we got a good vibe from the doctor, it was really distressing to get any clear information out of anyone after the operation was performed.
At some point I felt really guilty having left our dog with them. Especially once we saw that just after her belly having been cut open, she had been placed on some pieces of newspaper on the floor. That just doesn't make sense to me.
There were loads of hygiene issues. Floors in the lobby are clean, but one look at the toilet paints the picture...
As I said. It's priced lower than some animal clinics... and I guess if you don't let your pet stay over, it's alright for minor issues.

β β β β β I brought my cats for treatment here starting from 2019, my experience so far has been very satisfied, until my cats was handled by Dr. Martin. He said both of my cats had diarrhea, but few days of taking medicine, their condition got worse. Finally I took them to another veterinary clinic and the vet there suggested a blood test. it turns out they are exposed to the Panleu Virus. I was lucky they were not too late to be treated. Bit disappointed with this hospital but I guess I'll still bring my cat here for treatment (of course not to Dr Martin anymore)
Dr Rendy was a lil bit fussy but the recipe worked.
Dr Hamdi, he's my favourite! he was very informative even when he explained he made a sketch on paper for me to easily understand.

β β β β β Good facility for inpatient, good veterinary doctors if you know which one, the rest of the staff seems to use to work for Kantor Kecamatan, run around like headless chicken (one particular lady on the cashier cannot operate her card machine EVERY SINGLE TIME) so everything is rather slow.
Please note that my comment is NOT based on one single occasion since I came every two days in the last two months for my dog's chronic kidney failure.

β β β β β One of the options for veterany in south jakarta. The good thing is they open 24/7, so if you have emergency in the middle of the night please go here for the emergency treatment. Also they have enough space for several dogs to be overnight treatment.
