★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak memuaskan. Estimasinya jakarta-kudus 12-14 jam, tapi ini 20 jam, dengan kondisi jalan yang sama. Tujuan ke timur, tapi dari jakarta selatan muter dulu ke jakarta utara. Sudah begitu bisnya berhenti lama sekali di terminal pulo gebang. Dan tidak ada kompensasi sama sekali. Satu lagi, supirnya sering ngerem mendadak.
Not satisfactory. Jakarta-holy estimates are 12-14 hours, but this is 20 hours, with the same road conditions. The destination is to the east, but from south Jakarta you first go to North Jakarta. It's been so long the bus stopped at the pulo gebang terminal. And there is no compensation at all. One more thing, the driver often brakes suddenly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa berat pelayanan terburuk sepanjang saya naik bis hingga saat ini, perjalanan jkt-pati seharusnya 7-8 jam ini masih di subang pukul 2 malam yg seharusbya SUDAH SAMPAI
Very disappointed with the worst service as long as I've taken the bus so far, the jkt-pati trip should have been 7-8 hours, it's still in Subang at 2 pm which should have arrived
