★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gak recom buat kirim2 paket. Tutup jam 3 sore dan tidak ada informasi google atau dikabari dari pihak po harapan jaya mengenai jam kerjanya. Ditelpon jutek banget, ditanya tutup jam brp malah marah2 ngomongin jam kerja. Padahal baru telpon paket datang jam 2 siang, butuh waktu 1,5 jam untuk ke sana. Trus ditelpon gak diangkat.
I don't recommend sending packages. Closes at 3 pm and there is no google information or news from the PO Harapan Jaya regarding their working hours. The call was really loud, asked what time it was closed, even though I was angry about working hours. Even though the package just arrived at 2 pm, it took 1.5 hours to get there. Then the call was not picked up.
