Beli tiketnya hari sebelumnya, tapi saat hari H, sudah datang jam 2an, alesannya hujan, alesannya bisnya kejebak macet, alesannya bisnya rusak, akhirnya di lempar ke bis lain, pergi ke kalideres, udah bayar dengan harga di pariwisata, akhirnya naik bis reguler. Kecewa berat. Ngerasa ketipu banget. Dioper sana sini. Yg ibunya di agen bener2 deh keterlaluan.

Maaih yarus banyak perbaikan, dan satu lagi PO ini masih jauh ketinggalan di bandingkan Po yang lain tujuan pulau jawa.

Awalny pesan STJ poris-klaten, sudah ty by phone poris-klaten ada, trus disuruh k loket d terminal buat DP, eh nyampe sana ktny jurusannya nggak ada dan adanya ke Solo, trus diarahkan ke bus agra ktnya bisa dari poris turun di klaten, nggak dioper lagi dan klas eksekutif ada toilet, bus berangkat dari terminal poris jam 17.30 (krn bus infonya dari pasar kemis jam 16.30),, DP utk agra udah dibayar 200rb dan dapat seat 3AB, pelunasan dan tiket di hari H di loket katanya. Ehhhh,, pas hari H,, ktny pelunasan suruh k loket,, tyt ktnya bu ernany nggak dan suruh tunggu,, tiba2 bilang ktny suaminya sakit,, trus sm yg jaga d loket dibilang bus agra nggak jalan. Knp tnpa pemberitahuan lbh dulu?? Ditelpon2 juga nggak diangkat 2 sama bu ernanya. Trus disuruh ganti pake safari yg katanya bisa turun Prambanan berangkat jam 18.00. Sth jam 18.00 ktnya bus ada d depan,, trus dianterin pake motor dlu dari stasiun poris ke halte sudirman,, nunggu bus ampe jam 19.30 blum dtg. Jam 19.30 lbh br dtg busnya, pas sudah naik bus,, di tiket no tmpat duduk 17 dan 18 tyt udah diisi org,, katanya bebas duduk,, pas udah duduk di depan,, dibilang klo duduknya pindah ke belakang krn sudah dipesan org. Lalu pas d pom bensin, saya tanya sama kondektur busnya rutenya,, tyt beda dg keterangan yg disampaikan oleh org yg di loket dan sm org yg nganter ke halte td. Busnya cuma smpai solo,, di kartosuro dioper lagi. Hadehhhhhh. Dan krn sudah byk kejanggalan kejanggalan,, jd saya putuskan nggak jd lanjutkan perjalanan. Nggak tau lagi,, ada kebohongan2 apa lagi nantinya. Gara2 ini bikin merusak semua rencana.
Masak bus nggak jalan nggak ada pemberitahuan sama sekali,, dan nggak tanggung jawab,, apalg dia bilangnya agen bus agra ini punya saudaranya sendiri,, masak eksekutif dioper ke klas patas,, hrga patas nya 200rb pernah tiket lagi.
Benar-benar kecewa dan merasa ditipu. Krn smpai ini saya post,, saya telp minta pertanggungjawaban tp tidak ada respon sama sekali baik via WA atau call di nomor ini. Dan parahhnyaa trusss 1hr sthnya nomor sudah diblokirrrrrr.. Berarti mmg tdk ada itikad baik. Wallahi saya tidak ikhlas dg ini.

Then right at the gas station, I asked the bus conductor for the route ,, tyt is different from the information given by the person at the counter and all the other people who were shifting to the bus stop. The bus only arrived solo ,, in Kartosuro it was transferred again. Hadehhhhhh. And because there were a lot of oddities, so I decided not to continue the journey. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agen bus STJ terburuk yg pernah saya datangi untuk beli tiket STJ. Bilang ke penumpang kalo keberangkatan 12.30 WIB. Ternyata jam 14.00 WIB bis baru datang. Tiwas siap di depan agen dari jam 10.30 WIB. Enggak lagi deh beli tiket di agen STJ Poris Plawad. Mending ke terminal ponpin

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bikin kapok, pesen stj sehari sebelum hari H respon nya muter muter, tinggal bilang "penuh" aja kok susah. Di cariin PO. lain malaj di tipu bilangnya smpai jogja ternyata cuma sampai pwrejo.
Ga heran terminal dapet stigma negatif dari ulah agen seperti ini dan masih belum bisa bersaing/setara kereta api bahkan bandara.
I'm tired, ordering just the day before the D-day, the response is going round and round, just saying "full" it's really hard. Looking for PO. Others have been tricked, saying that until Jogja, it turned out that they only arrived at Pwrejo.
No wonder the terminal gets a negative stigma from agents like this and still cannot compete/equal to trains and even airports.
