WHAT THE LG THAT MESSAGES THROUGH TRAVELOKA WRITTEN LEAVES AT 14.47 1HOUR BEFORE THE DEPARTURE YOU MUST STAY AT THE TERMINAL, HE WAS DROUGHT UNTIL 9 PM, WHERE IS THE GUARANTEE NOT FRIENDLY SLATE SPEAKING SORRY BECAUSE IT'S LATE IT'S NOT TOO LATE!!!!

Super duper jelek pelayanannya, ga akan jadi pilihan lagi PO ini
1. PIC counternya bilang akan keluar-masuk tol sumatera, aktualnya tidak masuk sama sekali ke tol sumatera
2. PIC counternya bilang jam 12 pada hari H sudah berjalan, aktualnya jam 1 siang baru berangkat
3. jam 5 pagi baru turun merak, jam 7 pagi masih belum berangkat lagi. customer merasa dioper-oper
Palembang-Tangerang route
Super duper, bad service, this PO will not be an option anymore
1. The PIC counter says it will go in and out of the Sumatran toll road, actually it doesn't enter the Sumatran toll road at all
2. The PIC counter said that it was 12 o'clock on the D day, actually at 1 pm it just left

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa banget2 srh dtng jam 11.30 sampe jam 19.30 ini bisnya blm nype juga gd dispensasi apa2, kl ga terpaksa udah gue batalin 8ni naik pahala kencana ..kapoooook

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beli online berangkat jam 2 (jakarta-prabumulih). Nyatanya berangkat jam 7 malam. Beli executive tp kok mampir2 cari penumpang dan naik kapalnya pun yang reguler, padahal yg lain pakai express. Tidak rekomen sama sekali.
Buy online leaving at 2 (jakarta-prabumulih). In fact leave at 7 pm. I bought executive, but how come they stop by looking for passengers and take the regular boat, even though others use express. Not recommend at all.

Harus nya kalau memang bus ga bisa tepat waktu , customer service nya telpon penumpang nya beri info yg jelas,
Jangan penumpang di biarkan terlantar ga ada kejelasan.
Janji jam 16 , molor jam 18, molor lagi jam 20 , bus
datang jam 20.30 tp penumpang di pindahkan ke bus yg lain yg searah ke palembang.
Mana tempat duduk nya kurang . Hadehhh please pahala kencana ini mesti di perbaiki..
Ramadhan udah semakin dekat , penjaga loket nya harus ramah mau itu pelanggan via online ataupun yg beli langsung.
