★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried the Pho noodle soup and vermicelli salad. I like the Pho noodle soup. Yet, they didn't give bunches of sprout aside. It has been mixed in the soup. The vermicelli salad taste was not authentic.
The staff were nice and helpfull.

Visited during these time, sanitizer is available and utensils are provided with hot water for sterilization.
Nice meal, mine was served with piping hot sour spicy soup and finished my meal with dessert.
Staff were friendly and p.s. don't forget to ask for promotions!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just came here today and ordered 1 beef combination pho and 1 vermicelli pork belly . The pho taste just so so.. nothing special compared to other similar resto . The most dissapointing is the vermicelli , the pork belly are so tough , almost unchewable . i gave 2 star because the waiter replace the vermicelli with the new one . but its still the same with the pork belly . wont come back here again for sure .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed with this particular branch of pho street at Lippo Mall Puri. Tried once pho street at Emporium Pluit Mall and I loved every bit of it.
Ordered pho beef shank, pork belly rice, beef rice vermicelli and some cendol dessert.
The pho came out to be just warm not as hot as it supposed to be. Called the waiter to have it heated. The soup is surprisingly too salty. The beef shank is also way too tough. This is such a disappointing experience.
The beef vermicelli turns out to be the same, way too tough although the beef shanks is generously served. The vermicelli is just way too wet.
The red beans in the cendol is still hard to chew, should have taken some time to boil further. Although the crushed green beans is as sweet as it should be.
The pork belly is the only nicest thing to brag about, it’s nicely stewed and tender; it dissolves easily in the mouth. Such a wonderful stewed pork belly. It comes with a bowl of white rice and an egg. The only downside is that the pork belly is way just too little, as you can see in the photo taken.
Although the food experience is not great, but the service level is good though. The waiters are readily available at most times and most importantly they are friendly.
Overall, I don’t enjoy eating here at this particular branch. My comparison is the one at Emporium Pluit; which they won big time over the one at Lippo Mall Puri.
Should have given out just one star but the service of the waiters and the pork belly rice saves another star for this time around of experience; Dec 24.
