Minta ekstra chilli sauce.... yg diberikan HANYA 2 SACHET CHILLI SAUCE utk 3 burger XL, 3 french fries ukuran besar dan 9 potong ayam.... ini bukannya ditambah tapi dikurangi... Hmmm.... benar benar mengecewakan.
This BK outlet at Lippo Mall Puri completely ignores consumer demand. Asked for extra chilli sauce.... that was given ONLY 2 SACKETS OF CHILLI SAUCE for 3 XL burgers, 3 large french fries and 9 pieces of chicken.... this was not added but subtracted... Hmmm... really disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini lagi2 kecewa banget sama pelayanan BK lippo mall puri indah, ini yang kedua kalinya, ceritanya beli paket 4 ayam, lalu nambah beli 3 nasi diluar paket , di tambah lagi menu burger dan minuman, secara kami datang bertiga, setelah sabar menunggu orderan siap dan siap untuk menyantap makanan yg sudah dipesan, ternyata kami hanya di kasih kertas buat makan tuh 2 dan 1 lagi yang buat tempat 4 ayam , lalu suami saya minta kertas satu lagi buat makan karena kertas yg dikasih kurang, tapi ketika kami minta kertas ,spg nya bilang menyesuaikan jumlah nasi, lah udah jelas kami pesan nasi 3 ,kertas cuma dikasih 2, aiiiih langsung hilang selera makan kami seketika itu juga, duuuh pelit amat ya, kertas doang, itupun buat makan di tempat looh, bukan buat kami bawa pulang, apa takut bangkrut yaa BK ini,sama sekali tidak mengutamakan kenyamanan pelangan.
Tapi setau aku BK di tempat lain sih ga kayak begini, apakah ini aturan supervisor setempat atau dr pusat , yang jelas sangat kecewa aja......
Today again very disappointed with the service of BK Lippo Mall Puri Indah, this is the second time, the story is buying a package of 4 chickens, then adding to buy 3 rice outside the package, plus a burger and drink menu, three of us came, after patiently waiting for the order to be ready and ready to eat the food that has been ordered, it turns out that we were only given paper to eat, 2 and another one for 4 chickens, then my husband asked for another paper to eat because the paper given was not enough, but when we asked for paper, spg he said to adjust the amount of rice, it's clear we ordered 3 rice, only 2 paper was given, aiiiih immediately lost our appetite at once, soooo stingy huh, just paper, and even then for eating at the place looh, not for us to take home, Are you afraid of going bankrupt, this BK doesn't prioritize customer comfort at all.
But as far as I know, BK in other places is not like this, is this the local supervisor's rule or from the center, which is obviously very disappointed......
