★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since I love pho, I ordered the Pho Madame which is Vietnamese noodle soup with combination of sliced beef, brisket, and meatballs which they claim are from Australian beef. Plus point on the sliced beef. It's good quality meat. The soup tasted okay. They don't use MSG since I didn't feel thirsty after eating.
The portion relative to the price is what makes the place expensive. I wanted to try the Banh Mi but the prices are quite exorbitant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I definitely love madame mai... I personally love Vietnam food, and after a short visit there, I keep craving for a good vietnam cuisine. Of course, it's not as good as the original, but this place actually replicate the taste best (this is personal opinion of couse). Actually, I don't really like lumpia, but this place has a very good fried lumpia that keeps me coming, just to eat their lumpia. Definitely one of the place I recommend to all foodis out there

Well, you cannot compare the pho with overseas pho like australia/usa because the beef broth is different due to the quality of the beef.
Although the portion of the meat is limited, but the taste of the soup is clean, rich, but not heavy at the same time.
The beef patty bahn mi is excellent! One of the best bahn mi I've ever taste. It deserves a praise.
Also the dry noodle/vermicili is my favorite. This is my safest bet when I'm in doubt what to order for my entree.
Well, I can't put a comment on the drink because I'm the guy who always go for a refill drink in a restaurant.
This place has the spirit of generous portion of vegetable as you can take as much as you want on the bar. I think this is important for viet restaurant; to have generous portion of vegetable/leaves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to get a quick bite of vietnamese food. Lots of variety to choose: banh mi, vermicelli, rice, porridge, pho and appetizers. Taste is quite decent. Service is fast and quite attentive. Price is alright but portion of the food a bit small. Place is cosy and can be accessed from the main lobby of the pluit village mall.
