Ordered the pho beef shank and dry rice vermicelli with grilled beef shank which are so tasty.
The beef on both dishes are so tender and pleasant to taste, can’t get enough of it.
The pho soup is so savory with addition of lemon juice levels up to the next level.
The dry rice vermicelli dish is so savory as well by adding the right amount of chili oil gives a bit of sparks. The spring roll is very much of a great crunchy addition to the dish yet small in size. Superb!
Overall the dish I tasted beat the next door more well known Vietnamese restaurant. The size is smaller yet the taste is richer.
Warm and friendly staffing too!
